HORRIBLE service. The receptionist who claims she is the owner is the worst business woman we have ever met. She is rude, hangs up the phone if you take too long to choose appt dates, and they will cancel on you last minute and say that it is not their problem someone called in sick or whatever.
They offered us Velashape at a trial price and we were supposed to have it done every 7-8 days to notice any results. Since they couldnt accomodate it became up to 12 days, then up to 2 weeks.
Clearly they are not doing well since the whole front, which is a hair salon, has never had one customer when I had gone in. It was always rude secretary and ONE employee...Stay away from this place. -

I purchased a laser hair removal package from Groupon for Chryssalis Skin Renu. It may have been a naive thing to do, but I thought that laser hair removal is a procedure that's pretty standard no matter where it's delivered.
I went in for my patch test appointment and a few things raised a red flag for me: 1) I was given paper work to sign before anyone had explained the procedure and the risks, and 2) I immediately developed two small blisters on my arm where I received the test. I mentioned this to the clinician and she told me it was perfectly normal, that it meant the hair was being targeted.
Fast forward four days and the blisters are still there, though they're gone down significantly. I did some research, which included calling a well established clinic that has licensed dermatologist on staff, and learned that blistering is most definitely NOT normal. Needless to say I will not be completing the package, even though I've already paid the promotional cost.
This could be an isolated experience but I just wanted to pass it on just the same.
