If you're a fan of gorgeous chocolates and homemade icecream, Chocolate Tofino is a must.
Enjoy a cone and take home boxes of beautiful chocolates as gifts for your friends and family who weren't lucky enough to visit Tofino.
And, Chocolate Tofino has superb customer service. Before we visited, I e-mailed Cam to ask if the icecream would be safe for my son who has a nut allergy. Cam made a special, safe batch of icecream for Benjamin.
Because of Ben's life-threatening nut allergy, I have only found one other scoop shop that is safe for him due to the high risk of cross-contamination. (Shout-out to Molly Moon's Icecream if you visit Seattle!) So it was a first for my nine-year-old and me to ride bikes together to Chocolate Tofino and sit outside in the sunshine eating icecream cones after a day at the beach. Definitely a wonderful childhood experience, and made possible by Cam's generosity. -

A place you might easily miss in the little west coast strip mall it calls home. Its hidden away to the left once you enter from the highway, and still visible from the highway.
The pecan gelato is pretty good. I would spring for the waffle cone. You'll probably get some extra ice cream as they try to make it look nice and full.
I think you get 10% off with a receipt from the Wildside Grill which is just around the corner. -

Best ice cream in Tofino! Beautiful hand-crafted chocolates and delicious homemade gelato & sorbet. Freshly baked waffle cones. Local flavours. Does it get any better than this?
