Went with our group of Korean friends, who ordered for us. In typical Korean tradition, small plates full of (turnip, collard or mustard?) greens, beans, kimchee, crunchy spouts and other good stuff were never half full throughout the dinner and delightfully sesame-y. Individually our party ordered cold arrowroot noodles, hot beebimbop, and some other hot, brothy goodness. But the real star was the platter of cured, tomato-y cabbage served with pork (a tiny bit too fatty, but very moist and tender).
The wind was howling through a drafty wall like a ghost, knocking 1 star.
I felt as if I had a home cooked meal of soul food, and fulfilled my vitamin and mineral needs for weeks.
