I've been to three other acupuncturists in Edmonton. I put a lot of thought into my decision for this treatment. I need a practitioner who has a good bedside manner and instills confidence. Dr. Tsang is board certified. In my humble opinion, he's a competent holistic Doctor who has practiced in Edmonton for 39 years. (He came from China as an M.D.) Besides providing effective acupuncture, he also provides massage and herbal treatments. He has no receptionist, so when you phone to make an appointment, you are speaking with the Dr. himself. Sometimes I have walked right into the office and he is able to take me right away. He has a small waiting room, one treatment room and an office with a massage table which he also uses as a treatment room. He has no computer system and enters your information by hand into paper files. He takes cash and cheques as he is not connected to any electronic system. He writes out paper receipts and I have had no trouble getting reimbursed by my health insurer. His prices are lower than other clinics.
