For a while, this store didn't even have a sign overhead and had a street sign that said "Chinese Food". Interesting.
The food here is all premade. If you come late after it's all made the selection is limited to what's leftover from what everyone else has picked over.
At least it's cheap... -

Cheap. Fast Food.
This tiny restaurant just opened it's doors last week. If you don't mind the view (see Barry M's review of Pho Century, which is right next door), you can sit at one of the 3 small, small tables inside. Otherwise, take the food to go ...and run.
Special combo (3 items) for only $4.99. Until Nov 15, you get a free drink with purchase (woo hoo !)
They have a small menu -- about 20 items --which (if you believe their advertising) change almost daily. If you decide not to get the special combo and want to order individual dishes, each dish is $4.99.
As for quality ? It's fast food. It isn't bad. It just isn't great. But, if you're short on funds and need to eat, it's a good deal.
oh. and they only take cash.
