For the low price, Chimo Hotel is a nice place to stay. I have no complaints at all about the room. I had a nice-sized room with a queen bed, a sofa with coffee table and a desk and chair. Everything worked properly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Services were reliable (wake-up service, for example) and even the in-room coffee was decent for what you would get from a pre-measured filter packet and a drip machine.
The staff at the front desk was helpful and pleasant.
The pub was a nice place to get a beer or a glass of wine after the meetings I was in the area to attend.
It is quite convenient to the 417 (if you wanted to, you could easily walk to the exit and entrance ramps) and also the St. Laurent mall, which is right across the street. -

My parents chose to stay at the Chimo Hotel when they visited once because of it's convenient location off the 417. The hotel's proximity to the St Laurent mall is also really convenient. I went to visit them at the hotel one evening.
The hotel is inexpensive, but still nice. Rooms are basic, but comfortable and have free wireless internet access.
The whole hotel is kept very clean.
The hotel's lobby is attractive and welcoming and staff are very friendly and bilingual. The hotel has a pool and restaurant, so if you are just passing through you don't have to worry about going out. -

We stayed in the Chimo for one night prior to moving into a new house. We rented a suite and adjoining room for a family of four. The rooms were clean, and quite luxurious, although admittedly, some of the fixtures need updating. The free internet was a nice touch, as is the gym and pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and would recommend it for good value!
