Mid whistler mountain. Wasn't too busy when I arrived around noonish. Got very busy towards the later parts of the hour.
What's not to like, when your stomach is angry for food because of hours of navigating the runs? The soup is hot and they serve pita bread with the hot soup. I enjoyed the thick chunky beef stew, but I guess when you're starving, you don't really have good judgment. Who cares about judgment, I got hot food, fast, for less than $10CAD.
Oh oh oh the hot chocolate is really deliciously whipped (from the machine, of course), and the cookies are great to stow in your pants to eat later on the long lift rides up, up, up.Listed in: Canuck

This place is small, only opened during peak season and did I mention small? The patio is nice. But, did I mention how small and cramped the Chic Pea is? I guess it's supposed to be a little nicer than other places, but I don't see it.
