Review from Zac S.
This is the only true cafe we found in Quebec City. Sure they have other items, but you can come in, grab a coffee or espresso and sit with your book. Not touristy even though it is right off the main path. Walked by once and tried to make a note of it.
Then promptly forgot where it was. Spent an hour looking for it again and found it to my delight.
You could easily think you are in Paris or NY while in this little cafe. -

Good prices and calm atmosphere in a touristy area. Staff is very friendly and they have wi-fi! Overall great experience.

This small cafe is worth seeking out, at least for a fresh croissant and a espresso to start your day.

If possible, I'd give 3.5 stars. Cute little place, tucked away just off one of the main arteries of old Quebec City. It is mainly a cafe (I almost chose that Category, but they have a decent sized food menu) and has a good selection of sandwiches (hot (Croque, Crouton) and cold on fresh baguettes), and salads. It looks very small as you enter, but there is a second floor with a lot of tables.
It looks like the art on display changes, but on the day we were there it was pretty eccentric and dark - not offensive really, just really not cheery.
I had a delicious crouton (oven baked, open face) sandwich with goat cheese, tomatoes and onions that came with a nice small salad. My companions had Croque Monsieur and Croque Speciale sandwiches and we all enjoyed our lunches very much.
