Chez Francois doesn't have the poshest decor (very '80s) but it does have some of the best Eggs Benedict and crepes I've ever had. This is our "must stop" place in Canmore!

A bit of a dated interior, for sure. But the staff at Chez Francois make up for that.
Plus, their breakfast was solid. Lots of variety, and even a dish that caters to the lady -- not a whole heaping pile of stuff, but a little bit of everything.
I had the North America, which included french toast, sausage, bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs and a pancake. Very filling. The french toast was great, but the pancake was only so so. The rest of the dish was good.
My girlfriend had the Ladies' combo, which she said had the best eggs benedict she's ever tasted.
Chez Francois is a good place for breakfast in Canmore.
