24-7. If you're head is aching from jet lag, or throbbing forgetting your tuque while skiing or alcohol momentarily replaced your brain cells, this is a fantastic in-house brasserie to make you feel whole again. OK, breakfast sandwiches at a near $10 CDN price is up there but hey, you're at THE Chateau. It's a deli with gourmet style takeout and eat in food.Young fresh faced staff that are a breath of fresh air to this casual environment, makes me feel I want to traverse some Couloir somewhere...neh, I'll stay in have my Java and enjoy the view.

PRICE ASIDE - GREAT 5 STAR 24 HOUR PLACE FOR A BITE TO EAT
The Deli is located in the uber chic and expensive Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. And I wanna preface my comment by saying - IF you are walking through the doors of this place to stay as a guest - don't bitch about money - we all know it's crazy expensive but I think it's worth it just for location alone.
That said - I love the deli's upscale unique sandwich options. They have good chili and plenty of snacks and drinks to fill your bag for a hike!
Worthwhile option for those of us on the go! -
Review from Dave H.
The best thing I could say about this place is that it is open 24 hours.
Most everything we ate here was overpriced and either at or below average. The coffee was Gevalia which is the same thing my mom orders through the mail. The chocolate croissant was pretty damn good. Everything else was pretty awful including the pretzel-wrapped hot dog and the bagel with lox and cream cheese. This place just doesn't belong at this hotel or on this piece of land. I like having a low-cost option, but I think they need a fresh start. If you are at this hotel, spend a little more or eat a little less.
