Chapters offers a spectacular view of Kamloops, which has geographically become one of the largest cities in BC.
I recommend coming here with a date as the sun is setting- Kamloops has beautiful sunsets and this would be the perfect location to witness one.
Their dinner menu includes a selection of Mexican dishes and there's a very reasonable lunch menu during the day. My Mum and I go here on mother daughter lunch dates because we love it so much for their Sopapillas, which you can lovingly drench in honey butter, as well as their famous Chapter Salad. We also love their Bacon, Tomato and Mushroom Clubhouse- so so so mouthwatering and gives you the feeling that all is wonderful in the world.
I have heard mixed reviews about the place recently, but have personally always had great service and food.
Special Note- the owner absolutely Loves Jazz music...
so if you don't quite follow the same sentiment, you can always ask if it can be turned down, or off!

We arrived at Chapters around 12:30 on a Friday afternoon and it was packed. We did get a table by the window. I was with one friend who had only an hour to eat and get back to work. We sat there for about 10-15 mins till we were served.....our food took about 40 mins. My dish was really yummy but everyone else's was OK. The Server was very apologetic with the long wait. The view was nice. By 1:30 we were the only ones in the restaurant.
