They have a children's area with toys. This one is very strict about where you can ride the plasma car.
Starbucks staff have always been friendly and polite. Chapters staff are also friendly and knowledgeable. -

For the locale and its size, this Chapters is decent enough. It's got an adequate selection for the fact that this is smaller compared to its sister locations in other parts of the city, or in other cities for that matter. It's a scaled-down model of what you'd expect a Chapters book store to be.
The staff are decent enough and will direct you to what you're looking for, but don't go in expecting to find obscure titles or hard-to-get publications. Go here for your standard easy-to-find books and periodicals that you can probably get a discount on, if the bulk sales are going in your favour. The place has a Starbucks as well if you fancy. To be honest, I'd love it if they threw out the Starbucks and used the space to beef up some of the other sections of the store that go lacking. But that's just me hoping for books in a book store. What am I thinking?
