$$$. She's there for the money, no doubt. Refuses to charge the QC government for a 3YO exam because we have private insurance, so she billed the insurance exclusively, can you say FRAUD? Also, I received a treatment and got an infection, when I came back she was just defending herself, it's not me, it was already infected, you can't prove that it was because of my treatment, etc etc. Went elsewhere for a 2nd opinion, got a confirmation that the treatment was poorly done. My private insurance reimbursed only a portion of this treatment, called to find out why, she charged a lot more than what's considered normal for the procedure. Proposes only the most expensive options. Hope you're getting the message now: do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Me and my family went to another clinic and couldn't be happier.
