Oh no 0Oct 4, 2020Previous reviewI've been here before and they are pretty good for reasonably priced PC hardware of which I buy a lot. Despite my misgiving about their testing of goods (I've taken more memory back that's faulty and ditto Hard Disks with defective sectors than I can remember) their customer service is pretty top notch especially Colin, and also Ines and Christian who after I purchased a monitor to take with me on the tube, were both kind enough to carefully bubble wrap it and put it in a bag - nice one guys!.
Stuff also comes with a two year warranty.
Look around a bit and you will also find some real bargains.
Open later than most stores as well.

I think the problem with a shop selling such an array of electricals is that the staff aren't trained fully to test every piece of equipment. Hence it's very hit and miss whether something you buy here actually works. They do give full refunds with 30 days which is definitely needed

AVOID! I wanted to buy my nephew a console but once I came here, I realised that the mainly sell second hand goods and service is terrible! Staff not that helpful! HMV is probably the best electronic goods in my opinion.

Small shop that caters for all video game formats. Simply vast range of used games, with great prices that are usually cheaper than high street competitors. Easy going, friendly staff and the exchange policy is what keeps most gamers going back. Usually find a bargain on newer games here too sick of paying full price on a game? Just wait a month or so and you'll find it here for slightly less.
