Its the best hand wash job in the city for $19 (oops) and if your not satisfied (psss) go around again, as Ive done this a couple of times, cause they miss a few spots from time to time, so always a happy ending....
In the summer or any sunny day theres line ups but not on rainy days and they take there time, Theres three stations and at least two workers on each. -

I'm going to make this short & to the point: Worst car wash ever. Huge waste of money.
The staff act like they couldn't care less and did a terrible job. I swear the only difference between when I went in and when I came out was that instead of dry dirt on my car, it was now wet dirt (which later dried)....and it wasn't even that dirty to begin with. They missed several spots and when I pointed one out they looked at me, and said 'oh no that won't come out' (of course when I got hope & wiped it with a towel it did...I must have magic towels). And they barely even wiped the dust on the inside/dashboard...unless streaks of dust/dirt are some sort of fad that I didn't know about.
...Excuse the sarcasm, I don't like being mean, I just get really annoyed when people do a half-ass job. If you're not going to put in effort then don't do it at all, don't waste my time and money. -

I have to echo the sentiment of other yelpers who experienced sloppiness and missed spots on their exteriors. They used to be better, but after going again yesterday I am quite disappointed in how they have let things slide here. There was only one other car there, so really no excuses for rushing and sloppiness (and our car is WHITE so leaving a whole layer of grime on our sizeable side-view mirror and bumper is just not acceptable). The interior wiping at the end also left a very large patch of streaks across the inside of the windshield, which stands out like a sore thumb at night and will now require a manual redo. Prices have also gone up since the summer ($19 for mid-sized, $23 for our crossover). Back to touchless it is.

Terrible car wash. Overpriced. Unacceptable results. This place is in business only because there is a lack of decent hand car washes in Vancouver.

Sucks. Air dryer blew out my driver side mirror and broke it. Man at the til says too bad, not my problem, it was probably broken before. Finally got "mgr" number (Gary 604-875-6656). Staff running from iPhone camera tells me this place has illegal aliens working at sweat rates. First call to mgr maybe next one to immigration. No one here cares a whit about the customer experience, it is just get them in, get their money, get them out. I will never return.

I took my car here over the weekend after a seagull left a large deposit on side of it. Paid my 18 dollars. They vacuumed the front and back but not the trunk. Next they washed the wheels and proceed with the same brush to clean the side of the car. Not overly impressed as there was little care taken with washing. All I could hear was loud thuds as the brush hit the car and the wheels. In the end they missed a few spots on the trunk.
I dont think I will go back as I wasnt that impressed for a hand car wash. I have been to touchless washes that do a better job. -

I've been a fan for over 5 years but now I am just yelping about them. Was just there today and gotta say for a mere CDN$17 you get:
- 2 men vacuuming the interior of your vehicle, including mats and trunk if requested.
- 2 men scrubbing your hub cabs and soaping up the exterior
- 3 men hand cleaning your car from front to back by hand, using a hand mop, lotsa elbow grease
- 3 women sometimes 1 man to hand dry your car inside and out, including dash board, and console, everything.
All that for $17. This is why I go there at least once a month, it beats me having to do it myself cuz I will charge more than that just to get off my sofa and walk to the car. -

This place is great, the price is worth it especially for someone like me who does not like to wash her own car! It $17 for my TSX, the price depends on the size of your car.
They had alot of staff washing my car, the only reason I went to this place was because I heard they vacuum and dusted the interior which was an asset.
I'm very satisified with the results and would go again!! -

they did a horrible job on my car.... multiple missed spots on the car and the wheels were a mess it was like they could care less, they used the same brush they did the wheels with to do the side of my car.......not a good place to go in my opinion
