My boyfriend and I ended up renting our first condo together with an agent at Century 21. She was super friendly, very helpful and flexible.
We enjoyed living in our condo and then we decided to get a puppy. We asked our agent if this was okay and she said "sure, no problem." So we brought the little guy home.
A couple months later, as he grew bigger and bigger, some of the tenants in the condo told us that it was against the condo by-laws to have a dog his size in the condo. Freaked out, I called my property manager from Century 21 and told her the story. She told me not to worry about anything yet.
Unfortunatly, a couple months later we were sent a letter that said we had to have to dog out. I emailed my property manager in a panic and within one month, she had found us a bigger and better townhouse for the same amount we were paying in our condo.
She really came through for us and we are always appreciative. We will stay with her as our property manager until we end up buying a house, at which point we will consult her for her expertise as well. -

The property manager is emotional and unprofessional. She avoids phone calls and says she's always busy. She doesn't come through with her promises.
