My boyfriend and I came here for a romance dinner to celebrate the new year in January. We called in advance to book a table but was told that there was no need. When we arrived, there were only 1 or 2 other tables of people there, but when we asked to be seated, they asked if we had a reservation and then proceeded to ask us to wait while they find us a seat (in a almost complete empty room). After a few minutes they seated us but the window near the bar area. (It was kind of strange...)
They had an alternative menu because of it was the first week of January, but the choices were still very good. We each get 2 appetizers, entree and dessert. For appetizer, we got the foie gras, prawns, roasted red pepper soup and duck with gnocchi. They were all delicious! For entree, we got the stuffed chicken breast and mushroom risotto. The chicken was rather boring but the risotto was very good, if you like mushrooms, then you would love the risotto. For dessert, we got the brownie with ice cream and also the lemon pilo pastry, the brownies were ok, maybe a bit too hard, but the lemon pilo pastry was rather bad, definitely not recommended.
Overall, I would definitely go back and try out their full menu! Recommended!
