Must concur with other two reviewers. We just went for a light supper and bill was huge. In order to purchase a full dinner, you're out about $75 a person. Tapas portions were small, typically three items to a plate rather than five. Tasty, but not outstanding given the high prices. One of our party found the stuff bull's head with matador swords in it definitely unnerving while eating - perhaps they should use the swords to cut some of their menu prices instead!
We won't be back.

We visited the restaurant last spring, hoping for some great Tapas. We were disappointed as we ordered one of their variety items. A lot of the food was bland, and much too greasy. We weren't impressed, especially when the bill came and was over $75 (probably even higher) and all we ordered was the food... not even drinks. We wouldn't go back.

Four of us went to Casa Barcelona a couple of weeks ago and we were shocked at the prices, particularly how little food you get for the price ratio. I don't mind paying more for a dish but it should be quality and taste good. Almost all the tapas we had were medicore at best. Only great thing was the paella and for 4 people we barely had enough to get a spoonful each.
The service was also dismal. We could not wait to escape and it took 15 mins to get a server to ask for the bill and then another 20 mins to get the actually bill and then another 10 mins to get back the credit card. We almost walked out!
Our final bill for 4 people with a bottle of wine was $300 and we left hungry :(
My parents recently went to a new Spanish tapas place in Port Credit called Spices that they said was excellent and much more value. We'll drive an extra ten minutes there next time.

I have eaten at Casa Barcelona about 4 times and each time the quality seems to have slipped a little more, to the point where I would not recommend it at all.
Very friendly staff. But pricey, and very iffy-quality.

The food here is way over priced for the quality offered. The atmosphere at this small restaurant is warm, and the service is friendly but that is not reason enough to eat here.
