I love this food and want to eat it every day!
I had the rice and peas with chicken curry. The rice was perfectly cooked (no goopiness here) along with the perfectly hand cut cubes of potatoes an chicken - which by the way were also perfect! The potato stayed firm and yet so soft! How'd he do that?!
On the side comes a carefully prepared to order slaw that consists of cabbage, dried cranberries and walnuts in a light and Zesty dressing. A perfect accoutrement to the warming spice of the curry.
Wash it down with the famous Ting soda and you are set.
I highly recommend popping by and enjoying the warm hospitality and exceptional food! -

Authentic feeling tiny diner style hole in the wall. The food is yummy and reasonably priced, and the portions are decent sizes. The website is a bit hilarious, however the information is sincere. Yes, sincere is definitely the right word. The only thing missing at Carnival Caribbean Cabana is a strong accent from the owner, Wain.
