    I would like to provide some feedback on my experience today with Carlton Cards. For me, customer service is key, and it helps dictate where I make my purchases.

    My service today, Jan 3rd at 10:30 a.m. was exemplary. The store number is 5143 Edmmonton City Centre. The sales associate number (which I found on my receipt) was 990884. Her name was Bernice.

    Bernice was the epitome of stellar customer service. She makes me want to return to this location as well as recommend this location to everyone I know. She was very professional, friendly, groomed well, and just a fantastic rep for your company.

    After a weekend at West Ed Mall and receiving little to no customer service, shopping here was a joy.
