It's not amazing, but okay. I came here with a Groupon for the $25 interior and exterior wash.
At first I thought you can make an appointment (as it states) and I could go there at lunch, and grab the car later, however, when I called they told me it could take up to 2 hours.
I don't live in the area so coming here outside of a weekday would be super inconvenient. I did ask them if there would be a shuttle to drive me back to work, and they said yes.
I got there at 9am- driving around the mall, it wasn't hard to find - there was good signage. It's basically right under the movie theatre.
They only had 2 other cars, then mine. The owner drove the company van and took me to work. I had a co-worker drive me back at lunch time.
Granted, my car was dirty, however, the vacuum did not leave my carpets particle free. There were missed spots (my car is white, so can see the grey dirt) between my side mirrors and the neck where it attaches to the car. And there was still dust in certain places.
They did the minimum and got my car clean, but I don't think I would pay more than $25 for this. I believe the retail value of all this was $60.
Could it be, because I was a groupon customer, they didn't do their best performance? I think they should be doing better than best to get my business.
I recommended them to a co-worker who was willing to pay that amount of money. She asked for a quote and they told her $109. She opted for another Groupon elsewhere.
*note Groupon used here is substituted for whatever Deal Coupon company I had used. I don't remember which -

The one star that this place gets is for the Dealfind Voucher that was offered at 50% off a mini detail. The other 4 stars need to be earned and after the service my sister received today, they're lucky they even get one star! Granted, the car we brought in is an older model Honda civic with a mismatched hood and broken tail light, we weren't asking for anything spectacular. We just wanted a clean car inside and out.
We were told 1.5 hours, 2 hours maximum for the service to be completed. The car was brought in 12pm and we returned to pick up the car at 2pm. We waited and waited and waited...and waited until 2:40pm! I watched, as they vacuumed, cleaned the windows, washed the car mats - all this should have been done by 2pm (at the latest)! Instead it seemed that they had just started on the interior! While we were waiting, nobody even came by to tell us what was going on and why it was taking so long. We finally got the car and one of the workers in a wife beater got out and apologized for the wait as he walked away.
The end result of the "mini detail" was sloppy with no attention to detail whatsoever. Sure the car was washed on the outside and the inside windows were wiped clean but there was still tree sap on the outside of the passenger window, the floor mats were thrown in the trunk still wet, and the dashboard did not appear to have been wiped down AT ALL! There was still dust visible to the naked eye and on my finger as I ran it across the dash and the vents were filthy!
I would not recommend going to this place unless you feel like cleaning the car yourself AFTER they "clean" it. I felt like customer service was lacking as well as efficiency in it's workers.
Maybe we caught them on a bad day? But I was not impressed and first impressions go a long way. -

There was a groupon coupon for this place that kept turning up, so I figured I'd give it a try. $25 for car detailing? That's a great price.
I wasn't expecting anything INCREDIBLE, since the regular price of this detailing was supposed to be $51, but since my car is still relatively new, I thought cleaning it wouldn't be that difficult.
Turns out I was wrong.
First--the outside. I'd gone to Buffalo a few weeks ago, and if you've driven to Buffalo you'll know that there's these little bugs that just stick to your windshield, hood and mirrors. There were still bugs stuck on my car. Not just 1 or 2, but tons. I had to get out a rag and Goo Gone and re-wash the whole front of my car. My rims were half clean, half dirty...had to re-wash them.
Second--the inside. There was still DUST ON MY DASHBOARD. There was a film on the chrome/wood paneling. I had to take an Armour All wipe and RE-CLEAN the entire dash. My cupholder still had shamrock shake remnants. The door jamb still had salt on it.
I would think (hope) that even though I used a coupon that they would still do a good job on my car, to entice me to come back. Sadly I will never go back, as "detailing" a car means PAYING ATTENTION TO DETAIL which CLEARLY was not done. I shouldn't have to clean my car once it's been cleaned. Very disappointed.
To top it off, they took my emergency quarter from my cup holder area. Final nail in the coffin!
