Review from Erin R.
I tried them for brunch for the first time this past weekend and I was greatly impressed. Lovely patio, great options for food and drink. Some bars offer great drinks and forgettable food for brunch. Others put all their focus in their food and only offer a pitiful selection of drinks. Capitol Pub embraces both sides of brunch.
While I considered the banana bread French toast, I went with the build-your-own omelet, which left me with no regrets. I chose sausage, goat cheese and tomato for mine, topped with avocado, and it was perfect! I went with the side of potatoes, but my friends who got the side of fruit were better off. The fruit was fresh and perfect! Better quality than I think my local Krogers has stocked in months.
Bonus: they're dog friendly on the patio!
I have no idea what their lunch or night time crowds are like, but I'm definitely a fan of their brunch. -

I like this place for a few reasons - and none of them are because of the beer, or that's it's a bar.
The food is good: the drunken steak sandwich is one of my favorites and I find myself craving it. Go get one on a Monday night around 6:00 pm and it doesn't seem like you're in a bar - it seems like your IN A PUB having a nice supper!
They have Crispin: Crispin over ice is my most favorite summer drink. Cider with a straw!!
They have brunch: The eggs and veggie hash? Yum, but beware, the hash is deep fried (??).
The Patio: The wrap around patio rates right up there and the people watching - foot traffic from the parking lot to the assorted other places on this little strip of Henderson - keeps us all entertained.
Yes, it's a bar, but it's also a great place for brunch, Monday night supper or just a drink on a Thursday afternoon. -

I find myself here more often than I usually plan. But that is how a night of drinking goes huh? You start off with the plan of only having a few beers with some close friends and the next thing you know you've made new friends and you're standing on a table in god-knows-where singing the Toadies at the top of your lungs. And I call that Tuesday.
Capitol Pub fits into this scenario nicely. The bartenders and staff are laid back and don't appear to judge me. I'm sure there are snickers in the backroom but as long as I don't hear them, I don't care. Drinks are strong. Food tastes good. Staff is friendly. On a weekend, Thursday through Sunday, the place can be pretty crowded, but that's a sign of a good bar.
Capitol Pub fills the gap left by the The Point and Two Rows. The right amount of food and alcohol mixed with the appropriate amount of tomfoolery. -
Review from deno f.
I love this place! You don't have to be absolutely dressed to the nines to go in and have a beer and a yummy dinner. But it doesn't hurt. The drinks are great, the beer selection is super and the bar staff is a lot of fun if you park your rump at the bar. Amy is amazing!!
Everytime we go here we have a great time. We usually make this our homebase--grabbing dinner and a few drinks--and then wander around up and down the street. We always end up saying, "Let's just go back to Capitol Pub." And then spend the bulk of the night there.
And on a nice night the patio is great! It's usually a little crowded during prime time, but that's the sign of a cool place, right?! The crowd is sort of a mixed bag, which I like. -

Their brunch menu is delicious.
They have $12 bottomless mimosas.
Sitting on the patio at the corner of Henderson and Capitol is good people watching!! This past Sunday we saw a crew of Vikings on bicycles, and a girl walk by with two big black eyes.
Will be back soon.Listed in: Dallas Patio's, Places to Get a Cold Beer, Music Venues, Happy Hour, Club Sandwiches Not Seals

Capitol Pub is right by another bar I'm a big fan of, so I've popped over here a few times. The food isn't bad, but aside from that there isn't anything particularly special about this bar.
The decor is dark and "pubby" and the space is quite large. I've been in large parties a few times and they can accommodate pretty big groups, which is a plus. It gets a little crowded, but never too bad to get a table or some bar space. -
Review from Tara L.
Lots of beer options. I urge you to NOT order a bud light/miller lite/coors light when coming here. Step outside of the box and get something new. Ask the bartender for help if you're confused. Don't worry if you don't have cool hipster tattoos like they do....they'll still help you.
Their fries are out of control good. Hand cut and then tossed in this delicious garlic-parsley-salt mixer. So good but make sure everybody else at your table eats them too so everybody had stinky garlic breath. -

The first time I went to Capitol Pub for brunch, it was great. I had a fantastic egg-white omelet. It was cooked perfectly and wonderfully overstuffed with bell peppers and bacon.
When I returned last weekend for another egg-white omelet, it was sub-par. The egg-whites were slightly burnt and the cook was far stingier with his/her portions of omelet fillings. To add insult to injury, our waitress was hungover and could not have cared less about our table.
What happened, Capitol Pub? -

I LOVE Capital Pub! On our most recent visit we were able to sit outside on a cool day, in front of the fire place, and watch some football. It was quite cozy and comfortable.
We have been for both lunch and dinner and each time the food has been fantastic. One of my favorites are their Pizzas, sliders, and onion rings. I also love that they have tons of beers on tap and in bottles.
This is definitely a great place if you want to sit back, relax, and drink beer in a comfortable atmosphere. -
Review from Bryn H.
I totally dig this place. I have been a few times now, and I'm sure I'll be back again soon. During the week and on Sundays it's a good place to meet up with friends. If you're friendly, you're sure to have your positive energy returned to you at Capitol. The bar is super long, so you'll have plenty of places to squeeze in to order a drink if you're there on an evening when it's packed - and that it does get on Friday and Saturday PMs. The ample porch is screened in, and they have a fire place which came in super handy when we were there one chilly evening. The food is good and you're sure to like the vibe.

We just stopped by for drinks and to see a few friends. It was not especially crowded, and it did not take too long to get an order in to the bartender. I am pretty sure that there was some type of excellent deal on the night that we went, but we ignored it and just got our usual drinks. $4 Shiner is not a terrible deal, but $8 vodka Red Bull with well vodka? I guess it is Dallas after all.
The atmosphere was nice sitting at the bar and around a tall table in the middle of the room by the bar. We moved to a booth later in the night and it seemed that this particular booth was in the way of bathroom traffic and the only route, so I'd avoid the restroom-side booths unless you enjoy getting elbowed in the head by drunk girls.
Overall it was a good time, and I'm sure the wind will blow us back in there at some point in time. -

When I think pub, I think dirty floors and sticky counter tops. Maybe I've been going to the wrong type of pub this whole time but Capital Pub is the cleanest pub I have ever been to. There isn't that mop-water/liquor smell that you look look for when you walk in (I actually miss that smell?) and the place is spotless.
4 stars for cleanliness, extensive beer options, stiff cocktails, and nice waitresses!
I will say that this place is probably best reserved for those are are yuppie or don't mind hanging out with them. The guys there dress like a JCPenny ad. Honestly, how do you expect to pick up girls wearing a polo tucked neatly into khaki shorts that are embroidered with lobsters? (My husband will argue that the dude had on shorts with scorpions, not lobsters, nonetheless real men don't wear shorts with animals on them). Off topic, but you get the idea. -

Like another review has mentioned, my first time here was pretty good, but the second time, the service and food were less than expected. On my second trip, I got the same egg-sandwich, only this time they were out of the breakfast potatoes so I got fries. The egg-sandwich was not the same, less egg and meat than the first time. The fries were just soaked in garlic, to the point where I had to stop eating them, it was just too much. The waitress that served my wife and I could have cared less about serving us, and I didn't understand why. She seemed more interested in talking with what appeared to be friends that had stopped into the pub. She didn't even ask us how our meal was! I don't know what to think of this place now. Two extremely different experiences at the exact same pub. Just leaves you scratching your head.......

Service was great and food was pretty great.
Def get the crispy pork shanks and the onion rings as an app... so so so yummy. French fries were def fresh cut and delicious even though I only got 3 since the bf decided to act as if he was a starving child and ate them all in a matter of 10 seconds. (because they were so good of course)
French dip type sandwich was gross... ah jus sauce smelt like a dirty foot and the bread didn't work well for dipping.
Aside from that- I'll def go back :) -

It's good. Nice patio, Crispin cider, a delicious cheese plate (try the fried goat cheese, you won't be disappointed).
The waitress was a little squirrelly. When it came time to pay our tab, she was nowhere to be found. And when I want to be called darlin' by someone my own age, I'll let you know, darlin'. -

Douche city... Planned on grabbing some grub here, instead settled for one beer only. The amount of douchebags in v neck sweaters with their collars popping out made me loose my appetite. They're staff seems pretty cool, just not the clientele ... I will try it out again sometimes soon, probably just earlier in the night

Review from John V.
One of my favorite places to grab a drink on Henderson. Typically start the night here before heading to some of the other more nightlife oriented bars.
I'm glad Capitol isn't one of those though. Its a great place to chat with friends over a beer, hit happy hour, or grab a meal. You know that neighborhood bar and restaurant that Applebee's wants to be? This is it. But with way better food than Applebees. Food you actually want to eat.
Their garlic fries give Gordon Biersch a run for its money, the pizza is good (for bar pizza), and the burgers and sandwiches are affordable and filling.
Parking is about my only complaint, as it is on most of Henderson. 5 bucks to valet here? Try to snag a street spot if you can. -

YES. YES. YES.
Capitol Pub is good for so many things!
Happy hour after work for a fantastic beer selection? yes. We play beer roulette with our waitresses a lot and try out their recommendations.
Enjoying patio season with a black widow or summer beer and some onion rings on a saturday afternoon? Sure, why not!
Stay for dinner and snag a capitol burger or fish and chips.
Might as well go back in the morning for some hair of the dog at brunch. Get a spicy bloody mary or bottomless mimosas to go with your capitol omelette (with bacon, not sausage, for me) and enjoy those real country-style home fries.
Then wander on over to Barcadia for more Sunday Funday with some jenga or ski ball. -

two words: LAID BACK.
Great outdoor patio with misters and fans.
Great beer and cider selection. Lots on tap. Plus tons of options for mixed drinks.
As far as pubs go, it has pretty decent food. The thin crust pizza hits the spot. calamari is fried well. sandwiches are great with thin frites. salads are fresh.
The drawbacks - it can get pretty loud (remember, you are in a crowded bar), and sometimes the DJ (aka someone's iTunes playlist) can play some funky stuff. The waitstaff can get overloaded at times, and service can be slow. -

Heck yes, y'all.
This was actually one of the first "cool" bars I went to upon moving back to Dallas last year. I'm a pub kinda girl, though (not sure what that says about me), so I may be a little partial. However, whether it's for group gatherings or an actual meal, Capitol Pub is the bees knees.
The beer selection is delicious and they're one of the handful of pubs in Dallas that have mulled wine (kinda makes you feel like you're in the UK or something like that). Get it while its hot and it's cold out.
The crowd here is also snazzy. A good mix of hipsters and regulars, and the vibe is always friendly and cheerful. Just be careful not to spill over to the J. Black's crowd... wouldn't want that on your conscience.Listed in: Totes Chill, Out on the Ti-Zown, Brunches Are Not for the Birds

This place is pretty neat! I love the patio outside. It's absolutely perfect for a happy hour drink, or a Sunday brunch, and it's super roomy. They also boast a fine selection of beer, so if you're in the mood for that, you won't be disappointed.
When you go, try the sliders if you're in the mood for a burger. They come freshly grilled, with your choice of cheddar or Swiss, and lettuce, tomato, and pickle. Not bad at all for an appetizer! Bonus: they come served with fries, so you may not even need to spend extra on a small order of them! (special thanks to my waitress for the tip!) The cheese boards here are also top-notch!
The one thing they can certainly improve on is some of the portion sizes on the brunch menu. Every time I go for an omelette, I am left not feeling full. Makes me miss the ginormous omelets Terrilli's used to have at nearly the same price. Sometimes they will skimp on the fruit that comes with the omelette too.
Even though this is not my first choice for brunch, it's a great place for drinks and definitely well-above-average bar food. Give it a shot for your next happy hour! -

I like this place alright, I end up going here too much tho LoL, it's like our go-to place, so I'm kinda getting tired of it, but it's still ok & I would still meet up there with friends. Music is good, drinks are good, crowd is good.

As a vegetarian, I'm always looking for a good veggie burger. Believe it or not, Capitol Pub's veggie burger is actually really good! The veggie patty they use is really good. The only tweak I would make is to add some sort of dressing because it is a little dry. However, ketchup does the trick! Their fries are also very tasty because they are seasoned which what seems to be garlic. They also have multiple dressing sauces that taste great. I personally love the Basil Mayo and Smoked Tomato Ranch. The ambiance is also very nice here. Its very dim and "pub-esque". If you're not looking to get some dinner then its a nice place to start off the night and get a beer with your friends.

Capitol Pub has always been my refuge on Henderson. It's a real pub with your choice of the dark wood thing inside or two different sunny patios to choose from, one right on the street, the other offering shelter and hanging plants.
Granted it was a Sunday, a day when we are all weak and battered from working and playing all week, but on my last visit it felt like Capitol Pub had lost it's shiny penny feel. I miss the feel of newness and comfort this place exuded on past visits.
The pretty girls have all gone to Times Ten, Black Friar or Common Table it seemed. And my pizza was good but was overly salty, which I guess you should expect from gorgonzola and prosciutto.
I guess Capitol pub is evolving, maybe it's growing pains. Maybe I was projecting. But I felt kind of dirty and uncomfortable there, maybe I was empathing on the hung over.
Friendly advice to my friends at Cap Pub:
Make the place feel kept up, sweep, and make sure the staff looks fresh or you're gonna turn into a dive bar. Not that that's a bad thing.
If you're gonna be a dive bar, you'll have to get a pool table, and maybe a weird swimming pool.1 Previous Review: Show all »

I was visiting Dallas and one of my friends took me here for lunch. I had the seared spicy salmon salad. It was quite tasty with a nice zip in the sauce. There were wontons that provided a nice texture to the dish as well. I would order that thing again in a heartbeat.
The bartender was super nice. She let us try a few beers before ordering what we actually wanted. We chatted and laughed with her the entire time were were sitting at the bar.
The patio was pretty spacious with lots of tables. The inside was open and inviting. I'm not a huge stickler for ambiance, but they did a good job making the place a good balance between dark pub and open to the outside bar.
I didn't spend I huge amount of time here, but if you're looking for a chill lunch spot and to have a quality beer, this is a fine spot. If I'm ever back in Dallas, I'll swing by the Capitol again -

Capitol is an awesome bar to hang out with friends and relax.
They play great music and the drinks are good and reasonably priced.
I would recommend the bar for people between 25-40 years old.
The building is a good size too, it's not a tiny little crowded bar, there is plenty of room inside and outside.

I'm home, writing a review of Capital Pub, and I can smell my own smoky hair. *sigh*
That's my only big complaint. I like this place a lot... actually, I like Capital Pub much better in the winter. I like sitting outside, by the fire pit, a little cool, drinking beer, and eating hot food. Being hot and wishing they would shut the damn door isn't so much fun. So hot outside you feel the need to sit inside. So smoky inside you wish you sat outside. I thought the law was that smoking was a-ok if they served more ETOH than food... I think Capital Pub serves a lot of food.
GOOD food too... for a pub it's miles above other places in town. Himself, Etienne, has gotten the short ribs in the past and they are awesome. Meat just falls off the bone. I have had the Shepherd's Pie. Both, like I mentioned before, I prefer in cooler weather. Get the french fries with the dipping sauce. All of the sauces are great, and it's a great snack when you've had 2 beers and kinda want a 'nacker.
The people are pretty cool. Crowd is older than other areas, but you'll still have some young-ins making you feel like you maybe should have put on those heels after all... if you know what i mean. :)
They have a good beer selection, and my beer-snob husband can find his Fuller's London Pride here. That makes all of us happy! -
Review from Erin M.
Capitol Pub is always a good time. The first time I went it was a Saturday and just saw it, went in for a beer just to check the place out.
Me to Bartender: When did ya'll open"
Bartender "Wednesday"
Since then it's been a packed house of craziness but I like it. The food is good, I really like the Shepard's pie. I've had tastes of the other items but I like the Shepard's pie the best. The fries are a good choice for a nibble if you don't want the whole shabang and you have to try the roasted red pepper aioli and the loaded potato dip, they're the bomb. The curry is actually like a 'chutney' which if you're unsure actually means more like paste than dip. Maybe some people like that?? When it starts to get cold out and you think you might want to sit next to the fire outside you shoulda had a friend leave work around 8:30AM to save the table for you, but if you're the guy or gal to get that table, you're one lucky sucker for the whole night.
Last Sunday I went there for brunch with one of my friends we went around 12:30 and were able to get a table outside which was nice, since it was good patio weather. The service was, well pub service, they're not clinging to you every waking moment but they get the job done.
So Capitol Pub you're back on my list of places to go!Listed in: Top Restaurants, The Places I Go Out

Ok so sue me, I really like Capitol Pub.
We went on Saturday to watch the Cowboys game and we got a great table right in front of the TV. It's not your typical sports bar per se, but they had about 4 or 5 really big TVs scattered around the joint. The atmosphere was also great and our waitress was as cute as a button.
It was somewhat of a large party and we were all well taken care of.
We started with drinks and an order of the fried mushrooms....gah, those were good, came in a big basket with this chiptole crack dip. Big chunky 'shrooms. After my 3rd drink, I decided it was time for dinner....so I ordered the turkey and warm brie sammy on white bread with seasoned fries. I was a little nervous it was going to be uber salty (as most brie dishes are), but it wasn't. It was perfect! I got a side of the basil mayo and man oh mighty...I licked my plate. Sidenote: The order came with SO many fries, that everyone at the table was snacking off my plate. I didn't mind sharing as I got enough to feed an entire country. Usually I'm like "HANDS OFF BITCHES, THESE ARE MY FRIES"....but not this evening.
Game was good....service was good...place was packed by the time the game was almost over and everyone looked like they were having a gravy time!!
The only downside, is its unbelievably dark in the place, I could hardly see the menu or even my friends sitting across from me! Shoosh.
Capitol Pub is also great for late night bar excursion's....so even if you don't come here for food...your after hours will be handled with care.Listed in: Patio Lovers, Happy Hour Remedies, FOOTBALL SEASON!!!!

The CMYE from last Monday gave several of us an opportunity to shoot the breeze about anything (from deep sea fishing to hot yoga), get some Yelp swag, and enjoy a few bites and stuff courtesy of our Dallas Ambassador. If you can get yourself a seat on the patio on a cool day, you may be able to enjoy the fireplace too.
Onion rings were battered just enough and were good with all the sauces, although the chutney threw me a bit. They're a little more on the thin side so be prepared to scarf down 5 at a time if they stick together. Whatever goes into the marinade for the Tandoori Chicken made this my favorite, and thankfully the person at the grill knew when it was done and didn't let it dry out. I went against my usual sensibilites and ordered a salad as an entree - but not really a good idea for large appetites. Seared Tuna Salad was pretty medium sized at best but everything was fresh, the tuna was good and served with a nose-opening ginger sauce.
Next time I make it down here I'll have to try real food, something more substantial like shepherd's pie or the capitol burger. -

I can't count the number of times that I have driven by this place... No I really can't count. Like at all.
I was so excited to finally take a gander at this cool pub off Henderson. I must admit I had some great company (wink wink) so it made for good times. I figured the place would be packed at 6pm on a Friday, but it was actually pretty tame. There was a comfortable crowd leaving open tables outside and in. We chose to stay inside since it was still a bit sticky outside. Me no like sticky. But me DO like Hefeweizen, and Paulaner was on tap. That'll do, Donkey. That'll do.
Other beer offerings include Ace Pear Cider, Harp, Blue Moon, Stella and Guinness, sweet wonderful Guinness. They also have combos like the Snakebite, Priest's Collar and Taxi Cab. What the eff are those? I dunno. But I like drinks with silly names. Check their website out for the baziliion other bottled and draft beers.
We drank up quite an appetite so Etienne P had the genius idea to order the fries. Both Leigh P and I said we weren't hungry, but as soon as those bad boys came out, my hands never left the basket. The fries are hand cut and seasoned oh so perfectly. You can choose three sauces to dip them in. Choose from flavors like roasted red pepper aioli, smoked tomato ranch and loaded potato dip. We were just snacking, but I'd like to come back for a full meal. A few items that stood out to me were the Tandoori Chicken Skewers, veggie Capitol pizza and the warm goat cheese salad. I think I could scarf down the homemade chocolate truffles made with Bailey's and Chambord in two seconds flat.
The waitress was busy, but still dropped by a couple times to check on us. The crowd was a good mix and the beer.. well it was beer. Good beer. I'll be back to spend more time with the menu. I definitely suggest this place for after work drinks, or even a casual date. -

A good decision: Sunday at about 10am we said "Let's call the sitter and go to brunch and have bloody mary's and then see a trashy movie like we were dating. Maybe even pull on the business socks""*
We headed down to the Capitol Pub for the first time, goaded by the "Best Eggs Benedict" review in D Magazine. We settled in, checked out the menu, ordered our Mary's and sipped them, commenting on how awesome the pickled green beans and Oh-My-God spiciness of the drinks were sure-fire ways to get us back here.
I had the Benny, he had the Steak and Eggs. The Benedict had eggs that were perfectly poached: firms whites, nice and runny yolks. Thinly shaved canadian bacon, and enough hollandaise to make me happy while I dipped my cripsy and well-seasoned potatoes into the slightly bitter, buttery sauce.
The steak and eggs were cooked to order: medium was pink and juicy on the flat iron steak. My husband and I actually had a debate as to what was more delicious to dip potatoes into: hollandaise or steak juice. It's a draw.
Good prices, good service. People smoke in the dining room, which isn't really a problem for me except I won't bring my baby here because of it. That may be a bonus for the management who doesn't want kids in the place, but it sort of blows for me. I want to try the fish and chips.

A perfect neighborhood bar with some good grub too. You will catch me here every Tuesday along with the Elm St. Tattoo Panther Girls Soccer Team after our game. You can tell by how sloppy we are if we won or not. Actually......maybe you can't. HA! The staff is super friendly and the vibe is chill. I enjoy the decor. Big bold pieces and beautiful wood. I love a dive, but this is too nice to be a dive but has the same zen.

I should pay rent at the capitol pub. or at least put them on a retainer. this is our "meeting place." Happy hour, lunch, brunch, dinner, after dinner drinks, no matter the occasion somehow we end up at this place at least twice a week. And if we aren't already going with friends, we run into someone from our posse there.
We bring our dog (which is a MAJOR score because I have a 150 lb black gorilla of a dog that is not welcome at very many places). But they love my dog, and bring him water.
Another score for this place, huge patio. Another score: GREAT food. Interesting menu, not just your average "bar food" and everything on it is great. (Although I agree, the habanero shrimp aint no joke. I'm cajun and it burned my lips off).
ANYWHO - the final and most important points it receives from me is the Bloody Mary. Again, I'm from Louisiana and i know some shit about Bloody Marys, possibly from all the times i have peeled myself off the floor wishing for death when someone brings me a perfect bloody mary and renews my spirit. especially in New Orleans, after the saints lose...but, I digress.
The Capitol Pub makes one of the only maybe 2 or 3 marys in town I will actually drink. And that says a lot. Bf will tell you, (as he rolls his eyes) that I order marys all over town, take one sip and make a face, sigh really loudly and let everyone within earshot (and sometimes even those West of 75) know my exasperation with the difficulty of finding a decent mary in this town.
oh, and one more thing. they have $1 bacon. where else in town can you get a side of thick, perfectly crispy bacon for $1??? Definitely not La Duni! -
Review from Nickie G.
I can dig the Capitol Pub. Went there on Friday night at about 6:30 and it was packed. The crowd seemed slightly older than what you get on Greenville, which is good, it will keep me away from those young boys haha. A lot of the crowd also appeared to be people that I have ran into at the Dubliner, maybe the same guy owns it? Lots of beer and they list the alcohol content of each one on the menu so you know exactly which one to get to do the trick. The food was also good...I had the BLCT (the C is Cotswold cheese)...the cheese was kind of chunky, but MAN it was good. They also have a pretty large patio which is going to be great when the weather gets warmer.
Update - had the calamari, it was great. Also the fries were spicy and had a garlic touch, very delish!!! There was also a table reserved, so I am assuming you can reserve a table for your party...cool!Listed in: Patio Party, Where's my drink?

I've had some of the slowest service in Dallas here... and recently they went to an all-valet parking, which is free before 8 but, oddly $5 after. I wonder if they make you pay before or after you get your car back?
I will say this: the food I've had here has been very good at worst, and excellent at best. The other yelper who talked about the french fries was SPOT ON. They are the BEST fries I've had in a LONG time, and the sauces/aoili that come with them are wonderful.
Everything here seems about $1-2 more than it should be.
Solid 3 stars.. wonder if it will head down the "douchebag in the mist" path as gentrification heads down Henderson, though? -

Dallas, TX
I guess if this is your scene, more power to ya. But for me, this place was over-crowded on a Thursday night, way overpriced, and absolutely nothing special to get excited about - it felt like we were in the middle of the collared shirt/black cocktail dress convention. I spent the whole evening wishing I was down the street at Barcadia where at least I can play some jenga when it gets ridiculous inside. Oh, and on the night I was there, apparently having only one working toilet in the women's restroom was acceptable, because management neglected to fix any of the others the whole time I was there.
The only thing that kept me from running away screaming was our cool as sh*t waitress.
