We bought our office phone system from them a long time ago. We contacted them again, as we were moving and needed the system set up at our new location.
The person who answererd the phone was very helpful and pleasant. He looked up our account (from about 10 years ago) and immediately knew what system and phones we had. He then recommended a new system, but didn't try to sell us new phones, as the features on them hadn't changed much (they just look better). He also helped us in figuring out how much of the wiring our electrician was going to do, and how much the Canwest tech should expect to do.
They are a Panasonic business phones systems dealer, and the new system is awesome! It even sends the voice mail messages to my email (as an attached .wav file) so I don't have to dial in, and I can have all my tasks end up in one location!!
The technichian was efficient and friendly, as well. He set up the lines in the correct locations, and named all the extensions as in the diagram they had asked us for earlier.
