Established in 1962
Canada Flowers, online at canadaflowers.ca, is owned and operated by Flowers.ca Inc.. As an online floral ecommerce retailer, Canada Flowers has been providing local, national and international online flower delivery services since 1997. As a retail florist with a reputable 'bricks and mortar' business, Canada Flowers has been in the flower business for over 48 years. Our President and CEO, Mr. Dennis Sunstrum, started Sunstrum's Town & Country Florist (also known as Stamford Town and Country Florist) in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada in 1962. Canada Flowers in recent years has won numerous awards from both the FTD and Telefora wire services for outstanding sales achievements in the industry. We are a regular top member FTD florist, among an elite group of the top members worldwide.
Meet the Business Owner: Christopher L.
Christopher Lailey is the Executive Vice President of Flowers.ca Inc., dba Canada Flowers, online at www.canadaflowers.ca. Chris met with Dennis Sunstrum, company CEO and President in 1996-1997. Together, they launched one of the first secure, e-commerce enabled online flower shops in Canada. Within the first 3 hours of going live they received their first web order. That's when the real work began! Chris lives in St. Catharines, Ontario with his wife and three kids. Chris is a graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa, and Niagara University in NY. Chris has also studied at Tyndale seminary in Toronto. If he's not working on Search Engine Optimization, posting new floral products to canadaflowers.ca, or improving site security and customer-experiences online, Chris likes to eat sushi with his 12 year old son, or hike the Bruce trail with his family.
