No problems here, a shame the other reviewer didn't have a good experience :/ I admittedly only came here as Tony's was closed.
I decided to change my order after having paid (normal latte to Spanish, yes please!), and there was no problem, just handed over the extra 49 cents. Such a smoooooth latte, can never fault the coffee.
Nice! But with Tony's close by, I prob won't ever be back. But no fault of the coffee!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Karen T.Vancouver, BC976254924Sep 16, 2013
Stopped in for some real food and coffee after all compared to Tim Hortons, this place is luxury. With half a toasted turkey sandwich on my plate and another to go I savoured each lovely bite in ecstasy. A small amazing pasta salad accompanied my half sandwich which I took to go (discovered later). The only negative was everything - the two thing - almost came to $20. :(

I wrote my sister's wedding speech here. Perfect place for it. The atmosphere is punctuated by light jazz music, and the Spanish lattes are divine.
In the corner, there is always a tiny, ancient woman wearing lavender scent and with more lines on her face than crack whores. Why is she always there reading alone? Does she have any close friends? Or living, breathing relatives? A companion dog named Sadie? Maybe an old bitter family dispute is the reason why she will live and die by herself, a simple feud over a broken family heirloom. Perhaps she fled home for a forbidden star-crossed lover, choosing 20th century romance over family ties which ended when a ship called Titantic sank. This lavender lady might be the final surviving heiress of a Scottish lordship, to end forever when her chest sighs for the last time. Orrrrr she might have nothing better to do with her time now that she's retired. Who knows. I just know it's a good coffee shop.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Scott P.Lake Cowichan, BC12538782Feb 15, 2012
My favorite chain latte in the city and the lemon muffins are over the top yummy! I have been two three of their locations and they all have the same good vibe. I know for sure that the location on W. Pender is always happening and customers seem to be happy. I would choose Artigiano over Starbucks any day.

Amazing Spanish Lattes!!!!
Would definitely recommend trying the ICED Spanish Latte as well.
Service is never constant... but the beverage makes up for it.
A pretty good environment to study/do homework but no power plugs :(Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
