Review from Anh V.
stay away from the main square and head where the locals hang out!
french and italian...oh, this place was quite the lethal combo.
the bring your own wine deal is super easy with a liquor store "saq" across the way.
we enjoyed the following:
1) fondue - homemade blocks of cheese deep fried - goes straight to the hips. i can't believe i ordered the same thing from 2 different places 2 nights in a row...
2) caesar salad - heavy on the sauce but very tasty.
3) veal marsala - tender and succulent!
4) fettuccine gigi - with mushrooms and prosciutto - very popular and you'll know why - deelish...
5) house lasagna - comes with a house salad so it's a meal in one. 5 layers - light on the cream sauce - this dish is so flavorful - hhhmmmm...might be 5 pounds after this meal!
with no room for dessert, we headed out into the cold - thankfully, there was a cab stand right there to rescue us!Listed in: weekend in quebec city
