Despite their website claim that they are substantially cheaper, even cheaper than the home centers, they are most definitely not.
They were higher than Menard's quote, and they admitted they could not provide some custom (but really basic) cabinet options.
2 attempts over the years to find a deal here, and we have left empty handed. -

This place is awful. I ordered a simple cabinet in April. I just received the final parts in September. The doors came in as the wrong size or finish two times, and the company told me at least twice that the doors were there to pick up, and then they could not find them! Very annoying when they don't keep late hours and their warehouse is open selectively on the weekend. Plus, the store is hard to get out of (No left turn out).
Deal with them if you expect long wait times. And don't expect to have them call you when your product finally does arrive. Poor, poor, poor service. -

This place has very good prices and an excellent selection of kitchen and bathroom cabinets. It is not the place to go for the kind of cabinets you'd use for a mansion in Lake Forest or perhaps even for the primary bathroom or kitchen of an upper middle class home. But if you are looking for stylish basics for a starter home, in-law apt. or apartment building it is a very good choice. Location is right off I-94. too. I have generally been quite pleased with my purchases from here.

I felt like I had to use them to buy more cabinets to match the existing kitchen because, according to my condo neighbor, they were the supplier to our gut rehab developer vintage building. The cabinets are cheap but the prices were not. I have been in their showroom a few times, only once did the salesman do an average job. The rest of the time, the salesman acted like he got served divorce papers, only moments before my arrival. To say they're indifferent and aloof is the nicest way to describe their poor customer service. I know 2009/2010 hasn't been a great time for your industry, but you guys had the same issues when I dealt with you in 2004. C'mon! Apologies to my new neighbor who I referred them to.

I'm just wrapping up a pretty lousy experience with these people. What I pointed to and ordered on the show room floor is not what I got. And when I received it there was all kinds of double speak about what I said vs. what my salesman claimed to hear. Very dishonest. They seemed like a bargain at first, but once you see the finished product it seems over priced. I regret not buying Ikea because I was worried their quality was to cheap. I've now learned my lesson about researching companies before a major purchase like this.

Cabinet World was recommended to us by our contractor. He said he had used them lots of times and that they would do a great job. We ordered cabinets and counter tops and the salesmen said 4-6 weeks. After numerous calls we received the cabinets 8 weeks later. On top of that they didn't send the hardware. I would never recommend this store and I hope they go out of business.

Rude help, lies about timing, the worst. We were remodeling a few condos, so you would think we would have been listened to and at least treated semi-fairly. Instead, whenever I walked in there, I'd wait 5 minutes, then someone would come out from the back, ask who I wanted to see, I would say our salesperson's name, and then wait another 20 minutes. One time I walked out. I mean, if you are eating your lunch, come to the door, say Hey, I'm just finishing something, or Now's not a good time, can you make an appointment? Nothing and NO APOLOGY for keeping me waiting! Three times! But the worst is that when I asked for wood as opposed to laminate cabinets, I was told 3-4 weeks and planned the construction accordingly. It has now been 11 weeks. YES FRIENDS, 11 WEEKS!!! And we were told that we ordered "cheap" cabinets, and that's why it's taking so long, because the parts are arriving damaged. What the heck? Why do they sell cheap wood cabinets? I paid MORE for wood than laminate!!! FED UP WITHOUT OUR CONDO BEING FINISHED!!!
