The people who work at this terminal were nice and civil. They tried to answer our questions and gave us a ton of change that we needed for the lockers and for the buses themselves.
Lockers were large and so useful for a short visit.
The town surrounding this bus terminal is so sad. I could see that there were better days for this little town. All sorts of people pass through here: tourists, small business types, and just plain people who live in the area. No one seemed too threatening but keep in mind that I was travelling in the morning. -

The people who work at this bus terminal are some of the most egregiously rude I have ever seen in my life. I asked about an issue with my ticket because of Greyhound, in a completely civil tone and the person working here actually started swearing at me. I've honestly never seen service this bad in my entire life. I tried calling later to ask for a manager and the man who answer the phone was also astoundingly short and rude. I guess it helps them that their manager is never in so they can treat their customers absolutely appallingly.
