cheap and tasty. i'm not one for ~gourmet burgers~ so this place is perfect for me. regular toppings (although i would prefer to have lettuce that is not iceberg and red onions instead), juicy thin patty (don't get a double 6 oz...witnessing my boyfriend eat that was painful.) and a the right amount of melted, gooey cheese. the fries are surprisingly excellent - crisp, not dripping with grease, with actual potato flavor (not oil flavor)!

the place is far from pretty on the inside, but the owner is very nice and friendly. i care far more about that than what the inside looks like.

I went to Burger Burger today after reading the previous eight reviews. My thoughts on this little restaurant are somewhere between Michael H. and Ron L's.

I have to admit to being a bit let down after so many people have rated Burger Burger's burgers so highly. I'll say this: they don't make a bad Burger, but it's certainly not a burger that I would go across town for, and New Westminster is a relatively small town.

My burger reminded me of the rather generic type of burger you get from a so-called 'Chinese/Western' restaurant - you know the type that typically don't do either Chinese OR 'Western' food well, but they're okay if nothing better is handy.

I'd eat here again if I were working in the neighborhood for a day or two, but I would tire of Burger Burger very quickly. That's not a knock against them, per se; it's just that it's not my preference for a burger. For my money, Fatburger easily outshines Burger Burger, and I eagerly look forward to seeing them open up soon near King Edward and Lougheed in Coquitlam.

I also had a poutine, which LOOKED awesome, but fell flat with the flavor and mushy texture (yes, even for a poutine). I got fries on the side just for a comparison, and I enjoyed them.

Very nice Korean lady ('Kim') was running the show there. One of the three stars was for that. Only two stars for the burger itself, unfortunately.

I'll probably go back some time and have a chicken grill burger with fries.

By the way, they have a faux 'bulgogi' burger, which is a regular burger with 'bulgogi' (think 'Korean teriyaki') sauce.  Didn't get to try it, but it might be good. They also have teriyaki, Hawaiian, etc. I might go back some time and update this review. I really wanted to give it at least four stars, but couldn't bring myself to do it.

BURGER BURGER BURGER BURGER reads a sign that wraps around this cute restaurant. And they definitely have their priorities straight, only losing focus for fries. Although it's not clearly stated that BURGERBURGER is the restaurants name and not it's advertising, it's well implied and definitely gets the point across.

They sell mcdonalds priced meals cooked much better. No longer should you ever worry of the dreaded meat shelf or the production line cooking that your burger inevitably gets fucked up on, burger burger burger burger has you covered. And they'll throw some pineapple on that and call it Hawaiian for a nominal fee.

Now don't get me wrong, just because they're cheap doesnt make them mediocre. In fact, they serve one of the best burgers in the lower mainland. You should probably get a wicker basket's worth, sit down and find out.

ok ok as promised to my special yelp friend, here is my FIRST review.

I have eaten Burgers everywhere... Mcd's, BurgKing, Wendy's, Vera's, Red Robin's, Fatburger, In n Out, Moderne, White Spot, Purple Onion... still hve to try 5 Guys... Burger Burger is absolutely THE BEST home-style burger in ALL of BC!

Cooked on a grill w/ weighted iron, the patties are definitely hand-made. It was only my second time eating there n the Korean ladyboss immediately recognized me. Yes, hve car so I WILL TRAVEL to New West JUST to eat this burger! I drive pretty deftly thru our crazy traffic so it takes me mayb 35mins to get to this place.

To get best value out of my trip (haha, my excuse to eat LOTS)... I order their daily special of Mushroom burger (upgraded to 6oz), w fries, can o pop PLUS a 2nd 4oz burger... SUPER YUMMY!... neat tasting toasted bun n purple onion make their burgers amazing.

Best way I can compare... hmmm it's in btwn Moderne Burger n White Spot... v similar to my fav fast food burger... IN n OUT... mmmmm

Best Burger f great price! ALL Burgerlovers need to some Burger Burger lovn

Burger Burger is getting 4 stars for a 3 star burger, and here is why.

Price. Price alone jumps them from three to four stars. $12.07 for a 4 oz. burger meal (includes fries and a can of Coke) and a 6 oz. burger. That is cheaper than McDonald's for a similar portion and tastes 12.07 times better.

Both burgers were a well-done, thus a little dry. The marinades were good tho. Their choice of toppings seem to be the same for all burgers. Would be nice to get topping variation between burgers.

Three star taste, but a four star value. I will go here again when a quick burger is something I need.

Burger Burger is, in my opinion the best burger in the Greater Vancouver Area.

As a little lead in I ought to state that I like my burgers big, meaty and greasy. I like my buns fried a bit and I like the fries to be good as well. It's all a part of the experience. Weighing against that as well is I like my burger to be reasonably priced. Vancouver seems to find it fashionable to charge $10+ for a lot of 'restaurant style' burgers but I'm just not into that.

So Burger Burger is perfect. A strange little place that has converted a small cafe into a giant menued diner , Burger Burger offers everything from their titular delights to chili to stir fry. I think some of the greatness of the burger comes from the same thing that makes Taco Luis in Richmond so great: an outsider's perspective. Much of the menu is Asian food but burgers are clearly the owner's love and the care they put into it shows.

Burger Burger is really one of those things I can only recommend by saying "try it". Its flavors are perfect and everything is fresh and great. One bite and, if you like a greasy burger like I do, you'll be convinced.

Burger burger is one of my all time favorite burger joints. Great fries, classic homestyle burgers and a bit of grease.

I won't say the dining experience is spectacular but if you're in the mood for comfort food, at it's best, burger burger can't be beat for around new west.

I came across this establishment by accident and tried a burger which turned out to be close to horrible, I ate less than half and threw the rest out. In fact I had it in my car and the stench of it lasted for a few days. Out of curiosity I looked at the reviews and was quite surprised to see the glowing reports. It just goes to show why they make so many flavors of Jello, to each his own I suppose.
