Burger Barn

The food at the Burger Barn is outstanding, whether it's soup, burgers, prime rib, chicken wings or fresh cut French fries. Oh, did I mention huge, all day breakfast? My wife and I (and any friends or relatives we can shanghai) drive a long way almost every two weeks for a great meal. EVERYTHING on the menu is exceptional. And they don't scrimp on the portions, while the prices are very reasonable.
The service is the best we've seen and we tell anyone who will listen that Burger Barn is the best restaurant in Ontario. As for ambiance, it's clean, spacious, comfortable and has large screen TV's on most walls.
So you may not be at a Ruth's Chris or Shula's Steak House, but they're in a class of their own. So is the Burger Barn, and we'll keep taking the drive.

Had the campfire burger, it's awesome! Everybody ordered something different. Unfortunately it was a while ago and I can't remember what everyone ordered. Definitely loved it though. Service was good.

Huge selection of burgers and other delicious if not necessarily "healthy" items. Service is quick, and very friendly. We loved our meal and would plan to return.

Never disappoints, just be ready to wait , weekends, you will be waiting 30 min ++ ...service is excellent food portions are huge. Come hungry, you will leave satisfied .sports like atmosphere not licensed.

I am from the US, and my first time trying poutine was at A&W, and to say the least, I wasn't a fan. However, the "Burger Barn's" Buffalo Chicken Poutine was extraordinary! It was almost an hour wait, but it was so worth it! They give you so much food for your money, I couldn't finish it all! 10/10

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to with the massive portions and a real bang for your buck

Tip: If it's your first-time, order a beef burger. I ordered a Classic Bison Burger and it was sort of dry.

Based on the rave reviews, I was expecting to be blown away, but everything was just o-kay.

First, it's "Wait To Be Seated", even though there are tables open. So there was a bit of a wait/line in front of the desk. Tall lanky man was friendly and tried to be efficient.

Menu is much more than just burgers, but since this place is called "Burger Barn", I was more included to that portion of the menu which is towards the back. There were quite A LOT of options and if you order anything fancier than just a plain burger, it's not that cheap. Standard beef burger, either an 8oz or 2 X 4oz patties was $10.99.

I wanted to order something different, so I got the Bison Burger, but looking back, I should've just gone for the standard beef. When burger finally arrived, the bottom bun was hard. Patty itself was a bit dry and a bit too overdone. Patty didn't taste seasoned. I've definitely had better burgers, cheaper!

Fries were crispy, but not oily. Lunch for 2, Bison/Venison, just burgers no drinks, was $40, including a good tip.

Service: Other than the lanky man who greeted and showed us to our table, waitress wasn't particularly friendly. No complaints, but she could've at least smiled. Don't expect quick service though, it's a bit more relaxed. Food does take some time to arrive to table.

Verdict: If you're in the area and are hungry, stop by, but don't drive onto the Six Nations Reserve purposely to eat here.

Out for lunch with my mom at burger barn for the first time and was 100% impressed with the food the service was great and the ambience was excellent that it wasn't too overstimulating. Our waitress was nothing more than perfect.100% will be returning.

Zero stars if possible. Only writing a review because we have had similar issues on three separate occasions. The first time we waited a hour and half for food. People who were seated after us had ordered received food and were on their way out. The server finally came by informing us they lost our ticket. Not sure how that would happen but I am pretty sure our server just forgot to put the order in as she was literally serving every table around us and ignoring us. Literally had to walk over to the bar area to get a refill because she neglected to even ask if we wanted a refill. they said they were making the food as soon as possible. Still waited 20 more minutes for the food. The second time we came we again waited a hour and a half for food and people who came after us with larger parties had gotten their food before us. This time they messed up our order. One person with us had ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap and rather received a buffalo chicken burger. Even though it was not what was ordered still had to pay the full price for something that was not ordered. No apology either. The third time the wait wasn't as long about 45 minutes. However, I ordered a buffalo chicken burger and got a completely different burger (one that cost 5$ more than what I ordered). I received a burger with buffalo chicken strips and bacon. The kicker I'm allergic to bacon and do not eat beef burgers. So I basically received something I can't eat. The best part, when we informed them of this mistake and asked for the bill, they made us pay for this 20$ burger that I couldn't eat because I am allergic to one of the items on the burger. Definitely wouldn't have been as upset if they removed it from the bill. But the fact that they still said we had to pay for something I didn't order is very disappointing. Great waste of 20$. Again no apology from server. Had to flag down someone else as server never came back to check on us after receiving food. However, we did see the person who we flagged down telling our server something and pointing at our table indicating he was telling her about the mistake. She literally just shrugged her shoulders and walked away didn't even come over to apologize. The fact that she physically wrote our order down and still got the order wrong has lost my entire family's and friends faith I this establishment. Which is sad because we have been coming here for a decade. The issues have only been in the last 6 months. Sadly, do not know if we will return again.

Worth the drive!

We heard about this place about a year ago and put it on our list of "Yeah we should go there but it's outta the way so we will get there when we get there" places. We should not have waited so long...

The outside legitimately looks like a barn. So you may not expect much of the inside but you would be incorrect. The inside is decorated rustic but not cheaply rustic. Authentic good quality giant wooden table and booths fill this place. Nothing is flimsy. Someone spent good money on making sure this place was comfortable.

There were tables filled with families everyone smiling and happy. Not a single person seemed grumpy or in a rush to get out and I can tell you why...The Menu.

This menu has so many amazing options I was getting food envy with literally every plate that went past me. The only issue I had with this place was that it was so difficult to decide on what to have.

I ended up doing the Slider Flight because like I said I could not choose. No regrets. I tried the Old Mac and the Mac&Cheese with Bacon Sliders. Delicious. I also order the Garlic Cheese Bread to be honest it wasn't what I was hoping for. There was a lot of cheese which is obviously great but it lacked Garlic which for me is the best part.

We already have plans to go back.
