Review from Audrey C.
We went after the band had finished playing so the place had cleared out, but while we were there, it was a nice divey place just to hang out. There was good music playing, friendly bartenders and free pool tables! It was also one of the few places open late on a Monday night.
I don't know if we would have had as much fun if we went when it was crowded, but I'd go back. -
Review from Daniel B.
I would rather give a kid in the street $18 to kick me in the beads than to pay cover for this place.
If you love jock jams this is your bread and butter. Not saying it is a bad place, but I'm in my room now watching jazzercize and I'm pretty sure I'm better entertained.
Hey go rip n tear this beast up if that's what your heart desires. -

Came here this past weekend on a mission to find my friend, but it is hard when you can't exactly use your phone in canada without racking up your phone bill.
It was ladies night and they tried to charge me and my girl friend $12 each...I thought it was ladie's night? Should that mean we get in for free???? Well we just wanted to find our friend so we tried to just peek through the windows and the doorman let us do BOGO. So we went in. This place was COUGAR VILLE CENTRAL! It was funny. Didnt find our friend but had a good laugh at the older crowd of people there.Listed in: Best of Whistler, BC

This place is so "meh" I took a long time going between 2 stars or 3 stars.
Very generic, nothing special. Whistler is certainly lacking in terms of night life.
That being said, it wasn't terribly dreadful. I danced, I drank, I had a decent time. -

This place is definitely one of "the" Whistler hot spots on a Friday night. Friday night is ladies night which means free admission for ladies before 10pm; if you arrive after 10, as we did (mistakenly thinking the cut off time was 11), cover is $18. In many ways, it's a typical club. Over-crowded dance floor, under-dressed servers, and tables and booths in the slightly less-crowded peripheral areas to get some much needed air after a few songs on the jam-packed dance floor. Trust me, you will be thankful for the less-crowded outer areas once the club gets full of dancing bodies.
On the other hand, the club is slightly atypical in that it also features pool tables and arcade games you would more likely find in a "pub" atmosphere, and you will find a very eclectic mix of people and music. There were medleys of almost every type of music from house to Michael Jackson to country. So don't expect to hear top 40 hits all night. Also I found the age range varied widely, especially considering the venue. Overall, it was a fun experience, no better or worse than a typical dance club, although at times I didn't think the music selection was very amenable to dancing. Nevertheless, as I said, definitely a hot spot if you're looking to party where the action is at Whistler. -

My judgment is clouded. Every time on my way to Buffalo Bills I dread it. The douches. The cougars. The stags. The stagettes. But every time, without fail, I have a good time.
So what makes for a good time at Buffalo Bills? Here's my alphabet soup version.
A) A/C over by the ATM.
B) Body shots. Never me, but I always see em.
C) Cheers to the crazy girl who is getting married.
D) Dance your brains out.
E) Enthusiasm. The more you look like you want to be there, the funner it will get.
F) Friends. Go with a big group of friends. Stake out a spot for you and your crew.
G) Give'r
H) Hangovers, expect em.
I) Icebreakers don't work here, just dance.
J) Just dance.
K) Karaoke, sorta. Belt out songs on the dance floor, everyone will be singing along too.
L) Line dance.
M) Make outs on the dance floor.
N) Never tell. Whatever happens at Bills, stays at Bills.
O) Old guys. They are always good for a laugh.
P) Pre-drink, a lot. Because you won't get very far with $7.75 single highballs.
Q) Quantity over quality of drinks here.
R) Raise a little hell all over the dance floor!
S) Shooters. Rounds and rounds of shooters.
T) Take lots of pictures or ridiculous things.
U) Ugly lights, watch for those and
V) Vacate before they close.
W) Watch your wallet. This place is expensive.
X) ???
Y) Yee haw. Promise, there'll be at least one cowboy hat hanging around.
Z) Zoo... yup, that's the bathroom stalls look like.
Disclaimer: I have been here twice on a stagette and more times than I care to share on various weekends of youthful debauchery. -
Review from Skylar L.
By far the worst club in Whistler. It's just awful. The creepiest guys (I'm talking alpine lifties) are the ones who inhabit this hellhole. I never got hot people would wait three hours in the snow on Wednesdays.
The only cool thing about this place was the Halloween 2006 scare maze. It was pretty awesome.Listed in: Heating Up Whistler

I don't know why they call this a club because it is just a big cowboy version of Sharkeez http://www.sharkeez.net in Hermosa Beach. A place you go to drink, get some food and then at night people dance.
They have an outdoor patio with misters in the summer (it get damn hot up there) so you can watch the hard core mountain bikers hitch their bikes up for some booze.
It's fun...good people watching.
Oh and Skylar L. I wouldn't take any of them home they are too....mountain man/creepy for me too. -

Only con about this place is the ridiculous cover. I think it was $18. In that case would rather go to other places in Whistler for $10. Luckily my friends new one of the guys there and he charged us $8 after some chatting. Dance floor got a bit crowded but I just danced on the floor around it. Few bars so you don't have to wait too long to get drinks. Crowd was mixed. Some old some young. No problem with that. Saw a guy dressed up in drag for some reason lol and then saw a stagette and the girls were having some fun there. Good variety of music - house, hip hop, pop, top 40s. Overall, a great place to be on a Saturday night. It won't disappoint.

do you like 'pour some sugar on me' and cougars?
do you like standing in line for a half hour in the cold to pay a $20 cover? YES?? then have i got the place for you!
i don't care for most of the above mentioned items, (okay, i do have some fond memories of def leopard from high school parties) but i certainly won't scoff at anyone who enjoys this scene. to each his own.
(okay, did i just say i won't scoff at this scene, because i totally didn't mean it.)
thank god there are better bars sitting under the same sky as buffalo bills. i know it's a tourist city, and these bars can get away with being utterly unhip. i'm sure they do very well and are in no hurry to start appealing to the ironic gay dive bar lovers- i hate to say it, but hetero-slut-party is a winning formula.
COUGAR BAR!!! -

You can find a wide range of people here. Lifties, divorcees, your mom, bachelor and bachelorette parties, young and old. Because of such a diverse crowd, the DJ plays a large range of music types which lends to a disjointed play list. Nevertheless, the energy is decent and people are there to let loose. It's one of the better clubs in Whistler.
