The staff was incredible from the lady who did my insurance (on staff) to the two salesmen that helped me, the business people (and yes there were 3 working to get me a great deal) who helped finance the car, Dean who found me a mat that was missing and a second key, the manager who brought me the ipad2 as a mother's day gift for buying that weekend. I did not feel suffocated at all and did not get phone calls at all bothering me. My car is in wonderful shape and will be checked by my car mechanic next week - guaranteed to be good or my money back (BCAA checked it already and they put on new tires and a air filter and oilchange as a resutl).
I will continue to refer! I had a disaster with another dealer the day before and indifferent service from a couple of other dealers who were not really interested in a small deal. this was a breathe of fresh air!

I have never felt so uncomfortable buying a car. The staff was very suffocating and would bombard me with phone calls all the time. I would have bought the car if the place wasn't all male and was in tune with 2012!!! I was asked if I kept checking my phone because I had to go home and cook dinner for my boyfriend, not quite the gendered response you want to tell a feminist.
They don't tell you the price of the car, but want you to come in and check it out. I think that's a power imbalance, and ultimately very rude. You're wasting the customers time. -

I recently bought a vehicle from Dean at Budget Car Sales and he made it easy and painless. He was friendly without being slimy and carsalesmenny and his colleague Ian was also very helpful.
All of Budget's cars are BCAA inspected with no accidents. It's a one-stop shop with insurance onsite ready to provide you with an extended warranty and Autoplan Insurance. They also set you up with a free one-year BCAA membership. They also have a 30 day guarantee in case you change your mind. Their stock changes frequently so if you don't see something you like right away, chances are that they can/will get something else soon. At the time I was there they had a lot of Toyota cars and Ford SUVs. That said, they carry Mazdas, Nissans, GMCs, Jeeps, VWs and a few more. Something for everyone!
Dean called me a few days later to check in on me and how I was enjoying my new vehicle. I then got a call a couple of weeks later letting me know that the referral I made, earned me a $100 Keg gift card!
