They always forget to include my honey mustard, glare at us when we eat inside, and are very rude on the phone. I've been there to see the blond hair lady argue with the old bat IM FRONT OF US. Full blow out too! WITH CUSTOMERS RIGHT THERE!
They are just very very cold people who can't understand others. The food is ok, but there are at least two other restaurants around who are better, cheaper, and NICER!
I miss the original "brothers" who worked there. They knew us by name and joked with us. They said "thank you" and apologized. You won't find that here any more. -

I will never ever ever order from here again! The food is fine. Its the girl answering the phone. She couldn't understand me and I said forget it and hung up.
SHE CALLED ME BACK! Bitching saying I couldn't speak correctly??!! I worked answering phones for MAJOR companys never got that before. She could hardly put a sentence together. But seriously you call me back & argue with me when I say cancel my order because you can't listen? This daughter of theirs need to go find a real job! Nasty little B! Put her in her place or your going to lose $ ! There's way better places in Wilmington! -

Brothers pizza had excellent personal size 10 inch pizzas. I had the small personal size Hawaii and Ham one. It was awesome. Pineapple was cooked just right and the sauce tasted great with the freshly cooked ham. The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is in Wilmington on Main St. convinient to route 38, 129 and I-93.
TiP: they don't accept credit cards or debit cards, but the convience store a couple stores down in the same plaza has an ATM
check out Brothers Roast Beef and Pizza in Wilmington. Its a sensational slice. -

I am writing this while waiting for one and a half hours for two pizzas -- the first and last time I will call Brothers Restaurant. While I was told an hour for the pizza, I've tried calling them for the past half hour without being able to get through, even using auto repeat redial. That tells me that their phone is off the hook. Can't say how the food was, but it WON'T be worth the wait.

So far, I had a blt there that was really good, spaghetti that was good. The garlic bread is awesome! ziti is slightly overcooked but their eggplant or meatball parm is up to par. I am definitely a fan where there aren't too many restaurants in the wilmington area.

They do a nice veggie sub here, pizza is pretty good, and mozzarella sticks are always cooked to perfection. Staff is usually friendly... sometimes a bit slow... but good service.

I have been ordering food from here for years. Their pizza is the best price for a large cheese pizza in town, I believe its only $7. Not to mention I feel that it is the best in town as well. I normally always get a large cheese pizza, a small fry, and boneless buffalo tenders. All are always cooked perfectly, the food has never disappointed, tastes the same way every time you get it, no hidden surprises or anything. I highly recommend ordering from here, I know I will for years to come.

terrible service. I waited longer than told for my pizza and when I called to complain, the young girl that answered hung up on me. I called back and asked for the owner and she said "I am the owner." I found out she is the owners spoiled daughter. I will never order from this place again.

My husband and I were babysitting and we called at 4:45 for cheese pizza and french fries to be delivered. We waited a while and then checked the time stamp on the outgoing call - turns out we had called 50 minutes ago, so we called to see what the status was. The woman who answered must have caller ID because she didn't ask which order we were; she just said, "Oh, that order just left." It was very dismissive but we assumed that the food would arrive soon since the house was just over a mile from the restaurant. My iphone map showed that, with the current traffic (there was no traffic), the trip would take three minutes. Since she said it was on the way, we felt it would arrive soon. Well, we were wrong. Twenty minutes passed! If we had just known that they were running so far behind, I would have gone to pick it up. It just didn't add up that such a simple, plain order, which was placed before 5:00, would run so very late. We called again, and the fellow said, well, it should be there, and uh, um, if it's not hot, or, then, um, okay, so, sorry it took so long, about that, and .... So at this point, we're plastered to the window waiting, and trying to distract the hungry kids. We kept checking the phone to see if they needed to call to say they were lost or something - after all, they had the phone number. Finally, my husband left and went to McDonald's to pick up food. He called me when he got there and asked if the food had arrived - Nope. So he called the pizza place and canceled the order. At that point, they said something about being busy. I guess they were too busy to even call their delivery person because he showed up ten minutes later. I told him that we had canceled the order. I imagine the food was cold from sitting in the car for so long. So much time had passed since we placed the order, it was ridiculous. I am excessively patient, but I do not tolerate being lied to. If we had just been told an accurate estimate, or given an idea of how many orders were going to be delivered on the way to our stop, then we would have felt better about the wait. The whole experience was unnecessary, disappointing, and misleading. Major negatives!
