Brooklin Medical Centre is by far the best family medicine practice I have encountered. I am a patient of Dr. Bhattia. She is just wonderful. She is great at answering any of my medical questions, and is very supportive. She really puts her patients first!
I really like how this centre is run. There are a group of doctors in this facility, and they actually rotate for their evening urgent care on site. There is also an emergency number you can call in the night as well.
The Brooklin Medical Centre is extremely clean. I would even use the word pristine. In most medical centres I have seen, everyone is so rushed and short on time and staff that you take a gamble on going home with more germs than you came in with.
All of the staff are very helpful and do not make you feel rushed. I love how if my appointment to see Dr. Bhattia is for 11 am, I get in to see her at 11 am. None of this waiting for hours on end to see a doctor.
Another bonus is the onsite nurse staff. If you need to have blood taken, they are right there. No need to go to another floor, building, etc. Plus, they are exceptionally quick on providing results.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Brooklin Medical Centre. During these times where doctor's are so hard to come by, it is refreshing and reassuring to know that there are well run practices out there.
Also - I don't even live in the area, but I like this centre so much, that I wouldn't dare think of changing to another doctor.
