Every time I come to this BCAA location, the employees have always been very friendly. I've come both during the lunch hour and in the morning when they open (9 am), and in both cases there was maybe one person ahead of me in line. The staff are knowledgeable and can help you figure out what travel/car/home insurance you need.
The setup of this location is a bit weird. When you enter on W Broadway, you have to walk through a short hallway to get to the actual BCAA office. There is also an entrance in the back in the parking lot. When you get inside, make sure you talk to the person at the information desk first. They'll make sure that you talk to the right person who can meet your needs. If you're just looking for a road map, they have a huge selection behind the counter.
If you'd rather get insurance in person instead of over the phone, I recommend this location.
