I wish I wasn't partially full when our reservation came because I would have had an absolute blast at Brasa. Large buffet full of different types of salads, fruit salads, veggie salads, potatoes, rice, beans, olives, deli meats, cheeses, fried bananas (yummy!)...etc.

Servers periodically come to your table and offer your an assortment of meats ranging from steak to duck to lamb...etc.

2 dinners, a glass of wine, and a soda came out to a little over $100 but it was well worth it.

Reviews here seem to be evenly split between 5 stars that love the unlimited food, and one stars that have been to good brazilian bbq before. We had a good evening and the service was ok and the salad bar area was great, but the meat was below average imo. I didn't think the selection of available things to try was that amazing, and almost everything was overcooked. (if you read most of the negative reviews for this place, they all say the same thing: overcooked, bland meat)

Obviously it's going to be pricey, so if you're going to spend the money on brazilian bbq, go somewhere good. This definitely might seem good if you've never had it before, but imo it's the worst of the ones I've been to. I wish we would have tried CopaCabana instead.

I love me a good buffet.  The husband loves buffet.  He even has a shirt that says 'All You Can Eat' with a picture of Homer Simpson that he wears to buffets.  We're THAT kind of Asians, you know, the ones that brings piles of crab legs on plates (and finishes them all).  Yep, feel free to judge us.

We also love beef.  Korean BBQ is the shizz and anything in/or around that genre gets a thumbs up from us.

Enter Brasa.  This place was FANTASTICO!  We had multiple tour guides and shuttle drivers mention it to us.   So, we decided to eat this as our final dinner before heading back to sunny San Diego.  The grilled pineapple was worth it alone.  I think I may have 4 (maybe 5) servings of this alone.  Yes, I am a fatboy and yes, as mentioned above, I love buffet.  The various meats were delicious and there were several other items at the buffet bar that were great (chicken salad, brazilian rice & beans, carmelized bananas, salad - which you KNOW I didn't try, etc.).

TIP: find one of those coupon booklets in a hotel or in the Clifton Hill area.  There's a coupon for a free collectible item.  Not sure if it varies per person/per month, but we received a free apron with the Brasa logo.  Pretty cool!

This restaurant is something you like or you do not like. For someone who enjoys eating grilled meats and fish, this is the right place. If not, its is going to be a long night. Unfortunately, I am not a person to eat grilled meats all night. For this review, I am going to make it as informative as I can because for those who enjoying eating grilled meats, this is a very good restaurant to try. This restaurant has a very unique way of bringing grilled meat and fish to your table. Every now and then, servers will bring a rack of meat or fish and go around to each table asking if they want some. If you want some, you have a sign on the place mat that tells the waiter or waitress that you want some (the sign is pointless, they just ask you if you want some or not as most waiters do not read the sign). There is huge variety of meats to choose from including Bacon wrapped Chicken and Salmon. Also there is a salad bar with many different items to choose from. The restaurant decor is very nice and feels very modern/stylized. Also, it includes live music in the front of the restaurant that bring this restaurant all together. In conclusion, I will give this 2 out of 5 stars. However , even with the low score, I still recommend this restaurant to people that do enjoying this type of food.

Joey L and I, despite having been to Brasa 2 months apart, had VERY similar experiences. While I hate to be judgmental, I am fairly positive that the people who have given the place rave reviews are far more impressed by large quantities than any small amount of quality. The food is absolutely horrible.

The meat is dry and all of it is well done. Each time my fiance and I asked for medium/ medium rare meat, we were given cuts from the very outside of the meat. Anyone who has ever been close to fire knows that the outside of a piece of meat is going to be well done. The meat itself was barely seasoned in any detectable way. Half way through our meal, our server brought out a dish of what looked like seasoning and told us it was a "special Brazilian seasoning". Actually it was breadcrumbs.. saltless, unseasoned, stale breadcrumbs. I was in disbelief.

The salad bar, while plentiful, was a bunch of random, unappetizing, flavorless items with the exception of the red potatoes that were swimming in butter and garlic (can't go wrong there). Even things like the cold seafood salad that come out of the OCEAN with flavor tasted like rubbery nothingness.

We bought a bottle of wine for $35 that I would not have paid more than $9.99 for elsewhere. The entire meal was a disaster. Our server was very attentive and kind but his personable nature couldn't have made up for how horrific the food was.

The only thing worse than the stomach ache I got from eating at Brasa is the sinking feeling I get when I think about the $150.00 I spent eating there.

This is an experience on many levels. The is wonderful; there is a wide variety of salads and veggies and other surprising items. All the meats are cooked to perfection and served at the table.  The costumed servers add to the venue.
It is pricey so go there hungry with enough to enjoy it.
There were many children when we were there; it's fine for older kids. This is no place for chicken fingers!
In the middle of overpriced restaurant franchises in Niagara Falls, this is an elegant addition to any vacation.

Probably the worst Brazilian steak house in terms of food quality I've ever been to. Not sure if it was just a bad day, but the reviews for this place are really not what my wife and I experienced.

Most of the meat was overcooked and chewy. The salad bar looked impressive but the food was not of the quality we expected.

We went to the Copa Cabana right down the street last year, and found the quality to be much better.

Service was friendly, but my wine glass was empty for half the meal with my waiter nowhere to be found.

To top off the night, my wife and I are now sitting in our expensive hotel room in Niagara Falls watching an expensive pay per view movie because the food at Brasa has made us sick, and we can't get too far away from a toilet.

Take the man in your life here and he will love you forever! (as long as he's not a vegetarian)

Price was SO reasonable for what the meal entails. (Around $40 per person I believe.) Unlimited servings of quality and juicy rotisserie beef, pork, chicken, and lamb. A buffet with 70 fresh items from veggies and fruit, to seafood.... just to name a few.

Almost as good as the Falls!

First thing - if you're coming here for dinner, SKIP LUNCH and don't wear your belt too tight!

I love Brazilian Steakhouses and this is among the best I've been to! The price is not too bad in comparison to other restaurants of this caliber, the location is great especially if you're a guest at the Hilton and the staff have always been friendly and fun to interact with.

Lets start off with the salad bar, you should always keep in mind that you've paid for all you can eat meat and overdoing on the salad bar is very easy and probably what the restaurant hopes you do. It becomes especially difficult when the bar has great selection and good quality all around. If you must, keep the carbohydrate content to a minimum.

Before the meat arrive, get yourself a good bottle of red wine to prepare yourself. This is one place you will need it.

On to the meat! If it's your first time at a Brazilian Steakhouse, your main server will give you a quick low down on how it works (very uncomplicated) and then come the "Gaucho" (South American cowboys!) with around 10 different meat types and each one to the caliber of a steak you could get at a decent steakhouse. All meat will probably be more salty than usual since that is they way they cook things at such places. Chicken wrapped in bacon, beef top sirloin and beef rump with garlic are my favourite! But you really need to try each type at least twice! Just keep the meat coming on! The most difficult thing you would have to do is say "no".

Whatever you do, save room for the grilled pineapple, few things in life are that amazing. Especially when you consider the fact that you can have as much of it as you can! A friend of mine was in love with it that the gaucho said he's never seen anyone have  that many pineapple!

Like I mentioned, staff are very friendly and the gaucho are a great photo op with their meat and they are always down for a picture!

Next time you're in Niagara, make this the steakhouse you need to go to! Beats loosing money at the casino! :)

If I had to write a one word review it would be "MEAT!"

Since I have more space I can elaborate - they have fabulous cuts of red meat, on skewers, with gauchos bringing it to the table in a nonstop parade of flavor. There's chicken too, and sausages, and lamb (though no lamb ever showed up now that I think about it) but the rump roast, sirloins, and rib-eye are to die for, while several other cuts are just at the delicious level. I didn't care for the garlic rump roast, but the regular, wow!

Servers vary in quality of information given to the diners - my wife and I have been to several churrascerias and didn't need the great level of info ours shared, but the older couple from England seated near me didn't get adequate instruction from a different server, and their questions indicated they didn't get it at all. They asked if they ordered from the selection menu and the server told them to "try it all" - and then walked away. I heard them saying to each other "when will she be back so we can order?" Fortunately a gaucho showed up then, but he had to instruct on how to use the tongs. By the end of the evening they were smiling though.

While the one word review focuses on meat, in fact they have an excellent salad bar. It has fresh mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, some charcuterie, fresh vegetables, salads to prepare yourself (with an incredible selection of oils and vinegars to choose from as well as standard prepared dressings), prepared salads including a fresh corn and bean salad, seafood salad, and quite a few others. There was also salmon, some soup I think, and a selection of breads.

Served at the table was a cornbread muffin and a polenta. Both were fine, but remember the review - MEAT! It's what this place is about, it's focused on the best flavors, seasoned well. Highly recommended, priced competitively with other churrascerias despite the location at Niagara Falls which is all about the tourists, at about $40 plus beverages per person.

Ok, we went to Niagara for a vacation and was looking to try something new.
So we see Brasa near our hotel and decide to try it.  Especially since we always hear about Brazilian steakhouses.  Well, since we've come here we've gone to a couple of other Brazillian steakhouses in the Detroit area for comparison and I can officially say that this place just isn't good.

Let me start with the positives, I actually liked the salad bar.  They have a great selection of salads, I personally loved the seafood salad.  Plus the rice was pretty good.

But when you pay what you pay, you're paying for the main attraction here...MEAT!!!!  I can say that the meat was very tough and chewy.  The only meats that I remember being great to eat was chicken.

The other thing that threw me off, was no free refills on drinks.  I know it's a very big American thing for Free Refills, but this just surprised me that there weren't free refills.

Yes, I know people will come here, because like us, you're on vacation and want to try something different.  Well, don't get your hopes up with this place.  You're better off eating somewhere else and saving your money.

I have died and go to heaven and in this heaven its an all you can eat meat buffet..but no wait. You don't have to get up to get the meat, men with hot skewers come around and slice the meat off your plate if you turn your coaster over to a green "yes please". There are about 15 different kids of meat that can come be delivered to your plate. and its FAST! omg the meat was incredible, the pork sausage, the chicken wing, and all the other meats and steaks I got to try. Absolutely incredible, I wish I could go back and give it a second go with out eating appetizers.

Also the Martini's are fairly good but of course pricey. We had an apple pie one which was alright and a marshmallow one that tasted JUST like marshmallow. The service is absolutely the best you could ask for, great wait staff, great hostesses and the meat cutters are fast and efficient. GREAT dining experience

Word to the wise, when they tell you that you can go to the appetizer buffet, DON'T load up. There are so many meats coming your way, choose little light sides. I made the mistake of loading up and then having to pass on so many tasty things.

Its pretty pricey but worth it for a tourist destination. Make a reservation because they wait gets pretty long. Also there is a free valet if you need to drive there just valet at the hilton and they will stamp your sheet to make it free!

This was a very typical Brazilian barbecue restaurant. The price was higher than I had ever paid for Brazilian barbecue, but that is to be expected in such a touristy town. We really enjoyed the meat, and there sure was plenty of it. We also felt that the buffet was great and honestly, we would have been happy eating just the buffet, if it were not a Brazilian steakhouse.

Our waiter was excellent and attentive and the gauchos were always there with a different type of meat. I would gladly return next time I visit Niagara Falls.

Service was very very good. Organized and efficient.  Very kid friendly! Great Music!  The meat selection was excellent and everything was delicious. You should try the Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Tart!! It satisfied my other half, my inner chocolate demon.

Must visit when coming to Niagara Falls!

I went here with my boyfriend for his birthday because he is a BIG meat eater.
Many people just write about the meat but forget about the great buffet delicious sides included. The meat is great and comes to the table but there is a great salad and side bar that I enjoyed. There was a variety of different cheeses, pickled veggies, salad ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes, nuts, dried fruit, etc) and also steamed veg, potatoes, rice; all very good
I believe there was also fish there
On to the meat, the meat was quite good and comes around quickly. Some of the beef can be a bit chewy or too fatty for my liking but that is a personal preference. The pineapple was also DELICIOUS! It took a while for it to come but it was great.
The live music was also a nice touch. When I first imagine meat carving at the table, it is not a very "classy" thought. However, this experience was very nice and more high end.
There were quite a few families which doesn't bother me but may affect some younger people.
For 2 people, with 2 drinks, the bill was around $120, which isn't too bad for Niagara falls

The service was A1, our waiter Ted took very good care of us and the kids.  The rodizio meats (which is what they're famous for) needs LOTS of work.  The famous cut Picanha was not close to standards, other 5-6 meats were below par.  If they want to compare to the quality rodizios they'll need to inspect the quality of the meats better for lean and tender cuts.  The buffet was close to standard.  One tip, if you still go try the roasted pineapple....

We were staying at Hilton so decided to go for dinner. Service was little slow for my liking but got everything we needed.  Price is little steep but we were after all at a tourist area.  Meat, delicious but selection was little limited. Only selections were beef, chicken, pork and lamb.

I am surprised no one has rated this place yet even though it has been open less than a year.

I found this place by fluke.  When we were driving to the hotel, I saw a billboard but couldn't remember the name other than "bra".  LOL!!! So I typed it on the internet with my blackberry and found Brasa.  We were originally going to head to another restaurant but when we arrived it was a bit sketchy.  We didn't follow the crowd that normally heads to Copacabana.

As part of the Hilton Hotel, there was free valet parking.  Then we were surprised there was only a 20 minute wait when we arrived.  As with other typical Brazilian churrascos, there is a buffet and then a gluttony of meat coming your way.  A choice of various meats - lamb, beef and chicken as well as the glazed pineapple.  Perfect ending.  Very friendly staff and servers there.  They make your experience enjoying. All in all a great night.

The meat is fantastic. Chicken is really dry. Beef and lamb was great. Buffet was typical Canadian American cuisine sides. Baked salmon tasted like it was boiled and flavourless. The price does not justify the buffet but it is a tourist spot. Try it.
