Great mac store. Don't be put off by their identical branding of the apple stores. The service and knowledge is much better than that of what you would get in a real Apple store, especially when solving issues. They out-experience most Apple "genius'"
They also sell many product you can't traditionally buy in Canada without over paying (such as Booq bags) and the prices are very reasonable. -

I am very thankful to have the iStore. They offer good service, they carry most of the support items I want and need in store and the prices are the same as any Apple store.
If I were to go downtown to the Apple store, I would be stuck waiting for someone to serve me. If it happens to be busy, they take your description and you have to wait for one of the sales personnel to come and find you. Not my cup of tea.
My cup of tea is, I want something, I go to the store and buy it, take it home and play with it. Simple as that. The iStore Boutique allows me to avoid those messy waiting games, I go in, and before I have a chance to pickup the latest i-product, I am being handed the item I came for.
This shop is perfectly convenient for all those "wants" or needs, I want a Magic Trackpad, I can go get it and be back within the hour. I feel like watching TV in the bedroom, so I go to this store and buy myself an AppleTV and I'm back before my boyfriend is finished signing up for Netflix. The plug for my laptop is lost, I'll find a new one there.
If I went to the Apple Store for anything like this, I wouldn't be back before dinner, and certainly not without the new MacBook Air! -

Was new to Mac. Took some courses with Michael to help me get around Iphoto, and others applications. He is very helpful, courteous, really answer all my questions about the day to day difficulties of switching from PC to Mac. Recommend all new users to take few classes after using your mac for few months and come prepared with your questions. Great teaching !
