PIZZA! Boston Pizza.. Pizza is in the name so when you come here keep that in mind. The pastas are only ok but the pizza's are always good. I don't believe I have been disappointed yet when I have ordered my favorite pizza "The Greek". It is always enjoyable.
Now if you are a Hockey fan or a UFC fan this is also a great location to watch sports. They play both the Canucks games and UFC events. We recently went and watched a UFC event and it was perfect. Munch on food, drink some bevy's and enjoy the UFC makes for a nice little evening. -

I usually like Boston Pizza but . . .
This is my exception. Usually I would expect consistency from a chain like this, but it appears not to be the case.
First the service - OK our server was actually good. Now there was nobody else there, so it wasn't that she was overworked, but she took good care of us. And because we were in a rush to get to a show, we didn't bother to send our food back to have it done correctly. Nor should we have to.
Now to the food. Lasagne which was burnt on the bottom, pasta tough as leather, and dry was my experience. Not the food quality I've come to expect for the Boston Pizza price. I won't be back to this location unless I learn they have improved significantly. -

I'm not a huge fan of Boston Pizza but I think there is a time and place for it. This place is good if you have kids, Sundays are pretty cheap for them from what I've heard but it's not the reason I go.
For me it's a decent place to grab some pizza and beer and watch some sports or sit out on their lacklustre patio. I like going here instead of other sports bars as it's usually a little quieter and the food is better than most pub food.
Don't come here looking for some fantastic dining experience but if your expectations are set accordingly you shouldn't be disappointed. -

I needed a place to burn an hour of my break during a work lunch, so me and a couple of co-workers decided to go to a spot nearby that we would never think of going, and it was a good choice. This BP is located right on Lougheed Hwy, near Brunette Avenue, and it looks small on the inside, but when you enter, this place feels roomy. There's even an outdoor patio, which is always nice, even though the view is the road with cars going 80 clicks and higher.
We ordered some drinks, and as places like this are, they have daily specials, the server was not too clear on what they were, as she said they have just changed all their daily specials. We ordered some drinks, and the plate of nachos to share. I was not expecting much from the dish, but when it came out I noticed that they spent some time preparing it. The ingredients were nicely spread out and layered from top to bottom. Usually when I come to order this dish, if you do not eat the top, and you get left with the bottom, all you are getting is chip. Well, practically every chip had cheese on it, not overloaded with it, just enough.
We even ordered this chocolate dessert that I cannot name, and it was good. The service is the one that really deserves the stars for my visit. Prior to the nachos coming out, she brought out enough side plates, cutlery, and extra napkins. The dessert, even though one of us ordered this dish, she brought out extra spoons just in case. And when we asked for the bill, she offered to split the nachos amongst the three on the bill without us opening our mouths. I have been to places were the servers would not know how to do this, as the system was incapable, but this server knew all the ropes. I would definately come back due to my experience here. -

Atmosphere and service was great. Now, onto the food. Very very disappointed in the portions given for the price on the menu. Ordered a double portion of Wings for 16.95 . What we got for the price was 16 wings. The norm in other restaurants are 10 or more. The main course consisted of Build your own Pasta with the baked chess for 14.98 and the Prime rib Burger with cheddar served with fries for 11.99. Because with were with a group, we placed our order first to due to the appy.
Upon receiving our meals, the pasta dinner was small in portion, the baked cheese was baked but cold. The burger was not even hot. The cheddar did even melt on the burger. I was able to pick the meat patty with my hand and felt cold to the touch. The fries were hotter than the burger and the pasta dish. Our food, from my personal knowledge in the industry, was on the "heat rack" for more than 10 minutes.
So after not going to BP's for 10 year, giving a new try, I would not recommand a friend to waste their money on Small portions and lack of quality. There are better places in the area that have better quality and bang for your buck. -

This is probably the worst Boston Pizza you will find. Although their food is okay, it's not as good as other boston pizza locations and then tend to forget their menu ingredients when you order (such as: I ordered the Bandera Pizza bread which for some reason was served without cheese or dip?)
I have had one fantastic server here, so fantastic in fact I had to tell the manager that every employee should be as great as this one; aside from this one positive experience everyone other one has truly been "meh" at best and absolutely horrific at worst. One time I walked my own food into the kitchen and started to pack it up because after being ignored by not only our the waitress, but all staff in general, for a solid 40 minutes I had to take matters into my own hands.
I still go here for late night, and I would recommend it still for that because it's there and it's open, but aside from that I tend to avoid this place. -

This was the worst experience at a Boston Pizza I have ever had. My fiance and I went for Pasta Tuesday and it would have been nice if there was actually sauce on the pasta. We had to ask for the waitress to bring us some as it wasn't sauced at all. Also, we asked for it baked and if what we had was baked then I would hate to know what normal was. Basically, unless I have no other option I will come here but even Ikea was better and less expensive.
