Review from Laura R.

Everything was just ok. The service was fine but she was full of attitude and gave off a sense of entitlement which was pretty off putting. I've been here before and received friendly but poor service so I guess you can have either friendly service or fast service but not both... The food was pretty good but it is what it is; mass produced, open a bag and heat type food. It used to stay open late which was great but now it seems like they close earlier but the hours of operation are inconsistent. I stopped going later because it seems like it's hit or miss as to whether I'll make in there in time so now I just don't bother.

What happened to Boston Pizza? I frequented the Boston Pizza on Number 3rd in Richmond for many, many years and always loved it. I fear that the problems with this location are indicative of the others as they smell of cut backs in the kitchen.
Their pasta was never world class but it was tasty and had quality to it. Now it tastes like microwaved pasta with sauce from a can. It is expensive to eat there and with the exception of some of their pizza's the entrees are not worth the price you pay. It pains me that a place I used to love going to has gone so far down hill that I no longer go there, or to any other location. -

Go here for pizza. It is good if you keep to the basics. Service could use an upgrade though.

My mother and I came here for dinner last night. There's not much that I want to say beyond awful salad and bad service. Plus a wine list which seemed to consist solely of Jackson-Triggs. In future, I should probably stick the beer and pizza... but I don't really think there will be a future visit.

A family oriented pizza restaurant, less greasy than Pizza Hut, lots of sports on the many TVs, pizza overall is pretty average but I liked the multi-grain crust option. Garlic twist bread is very popular with our 11 year old.
