Although Boston Pizza is not my 1st choice in Italian fare, our dining experience was satisfactory. Three of us had pasta, and none of us finished our meals!
As it's a family restaurant, they don't have an extensive beer menu, but maybe we are spoiled by the number of area pubs and accessibility to local micro brewery choices ;-)
We each ordered one of the specials included in the dinner and a movie, and were impressed with how well cooked the noodles were (ie: just right - not sticky or under- or over-cooked). In all, the meals were tasty, and our server was pleasant, attentive, and helpful. -

I don't normally come to Boston Pizza for food. Especially when it's this far from home. 45 minute drive from Orleans through rush hour isn't my idea of fun. I'm usually only here to sip some booze out of a fishbowl. I only came because we had a gift certificate for $20 of food. (Who knows, it probably cost us $20 of gas to get there and back.)
Anyways, so we show up and are first seated a table, that would make a better topsy-turvy spinning ride than anything else. I promptly switched tables since I definitely don't want to be eating my food off of the floor. The server was nice and didn't mind us switching tables.
However, it came to my attention that this server was way TOO attentive. Coming back every 5 minutes asking if I need something is a little too much. Yeah sure, come by and ask how my food is, but when I tell you everything is good -- don't proceed to ask me if I need anything else. (I'll tell you if I do!) The frustration the server was giving me, sort of ruined the date-night I was having.
Aside from the annoying service, I actually really enjoyed the pizza we had. We had a medium Rustic Italian pizza (italian sausage, italian cheese blend, tomatoes, red onions, topped with parmesan cheese). It cost us $25 for the pizza -- plus tax of course. A little steep for a medium!
I probably wouldn't return to this location. And if I did, I'd darn hope for a different server! -

I have a love hate relationship with this Boston Pizza. I mean I really dislike Boston Pizza, it's a bastardized chain of I don't know what...seriously, Boston isn't pizza town! Seriously though their food isn't that good.
So why do I love this Boston Pizza? I have a little story for you.
Work people love this place that I hate and always suggest it for team meetings. I've always been able to get most of the group to avoid this place but one time I lost the good battle so we did a team lunch at Boston Pizza.
We arrive around 11:30am and we're seated. There's 1 large group upstairs and our group. We're sat down and we get our menus and our drink order is taken. Our drinks come in a timely fashion. Our server returns closer to noon and takes our order. Honestly we should have walked out here!
I ordered the chicken santa fe stromboli, I know, I know but seriously the whole menu sucks. Anyway, our server goes away and our group is having a great conversation and after some time the conversations slow down a bit. We check our clock and it's closing in 12:45pm which sucks but our orders are in! A good amount of time later our orders arrive and my stromboli sucks. After our meal was complete we had another large hiatus for our bills and we got back to work closer to 2:15pm.
After this incident the coworkers have never mentioned coming back here so a big "Thank You!" for the horrendous service :) -

We ordered food for take-out so the review is just based on food and cashier service.
Service wise this place is awesome, the guy running the cash was patient with me when my card wouldn't work. He also helped me carry my order to the car since it was a very large order.
The food unfortunately is mediocre, and that's not specific to this location. Boston Pizza food is mediocre in general. I ordered the steak which I understand is not the best item to base my judgement on since it changes in the traveling back to my place. The steak was done right, but it didn't have much flavor which is why i was disappointed. We also had chicken wings, ribs, chicken Parmesan and again they were all acceptable but not mind blowing.
In a hurry I would go here again, its consistently mediocre food so at least I know what to expect.
