Review from Violet P.
We came here for a business lunch for 10 and although we couldn't make a reservation, the manager suggested we preorder to make things go faster and to arrive a little after the lunch rush around 12:45. We arrived just before and we happy to see they had our table ready. Large parties will find it a bit tight on one side of the table if the tables behind are occupied.
The food came up pretty quickly after we received our drinks. I had the deluxe individual pizza. One can never go wrong with pizza, and I like the crispy crust. Many of us ordered side salads and they were big. I couldn't finish mine and the whole pizza. The waiter ensured our drinks were filled which I appreciated.
It gets noisy in the restaurant, and busy at lunchtime but this experience was enjoyable. If you like people watching, a booth by the window will give you a great view of Jasper Ave! -

Enjoyed my time here with my friends. We had a party of 10 and commend the cleanliness and service here. Would definitely recommend this location to other people.

This place was a real let-down. Went here today for lunch and sat in the lounge area. The waitress was very inattentive and would go to other tables multiple times before coming over to ours. It took roughly an hour to order our food, and finally receive it (2 individual size pizzas and a pulled pork sandwich.) I had to ask the waitress to check on the food and she arrived shortly after with it - all cold. The food itself wasnt terrible, but it being hot would have been fantastic. Paying the bill was another headache that took about 30 minutes. She would ignore our table although the card was on the table waiting to be picked up - and she would go to other tables to take orders while walking past it. I finally had to bring it over to her and ask for it to be taken so that we could finally leave. When it was all said and done - we spend about 1.75 hours there just for a couple of pitchers of beer and some food. Will not recommend.

BP's is fairly predictable so if you've been to one, you've been to them all. That being said, this is a great location with good food and service, although at lunch they can get pretty busy and I'm assuming around 5pm-6pm would be the same. There are some good restaurants in this section of Jasper Ave, but I would say this is my favorite in a 3.5 block radius.

Coworker & I stopped in for dinner. He had eaten there before, but I hadn't so he gave me fair warning about my next statement. This place has the messiest, most disorganized menu I have ever seen. Each time I looked at it, I was confused about what kind of restaurant it was. It was about 6 when we went in, the restaurant area had a wait so we sat in the bar area. Our waitress wasn't attentive at all, it took her at least 10 minutes to acknowledge that we were sitting in her section & then an additional 10 minutes for her to bring us our drinks.
After she brought back the drinks she never bothered to ask if we were ready to order food, so we had to wave her down to get our food. In any event, the food wasn't spectacular, the service was mediocre, borderline bad & I probably won't visit this location again. -

Seems like a decent location. I was in around 11am, just after opening so it was pretty empty. Service was quick, food tasted great!

It's not my favourite pizza place in town. But in a pinch, and especially when it's getting late and other places are closed, Boston Pizza is fine. I like the Zorba the Greek pizza - tomatoes, olives, onions, bell peppers, feta and mozzarella. Very satisfying when you're very hungry.

This is another pretty good Boston Pizza.
The server I had in the lounge was really sweet. She was very friendly and very attentive. She didn't make us feel like a chore (which servers can often do).
The food was great, as it always is. I had my delicious cactus cut potatoes and a caesar salad. I usually get the spinach salad but I was in the mood for something different.
I haven't had any problems in the few times I've been here so I intend on going back! -

A nice cozy place to go to. You don't get as much of the same 'sports bar' vibe here as with their other locations. The service is usually quick yet they pay attention to detail here.
This is also a great location to go with friends prior to a night out. There is always a sense of excitement here with my friends, as everyone is anticipating going out. The wait time for pizzas is respectable, and everything always arrives 'fresh' and hot. They're open late too, making it an ideal place to go when you have the late night munchies. I know it sounds silly, but remember to bring your Air Miles card to collect points. Hey, every point counts!
The menu has been constantly changing and they're always trying out a new menu item every time I'm here. I also enjoy free refills on their iced tea as well! -

I only see Boston Pizza restaurants in Canada. It's a casual place for Pizza (of course), sandwiches, other dishes, beer, and often television sports. It's great for family's in terms of good food, value, comfort, and usually quick service. This downtown location (and near 2 of my favourites, the Alberta Crafts Council and Aubrey's Books) is a dependable stop.

Boston Pizza is popular not only for its pizza, but its atmosphere. It is sporty and casual, as well as family-oriented. The menu has an extensive selection of pizza, many with unusual topping combinations (or just build your own if you are feeling adventurous) - I like anything vegetarian, as well as barbecue chicken. Pizza is a little pricier here than in other chains. Some other popular menu items include thick cut fresh potato chips with dip, pocket sandwiches, and pastas. The pastas sometimes don't have enough sauce on them to be pleasing, and extra sauce costs extra money. Service tends to be quick and friendly and it is a great place for group outings.

Boston Pizza is a fun place to come to with friends. At this restaurant you won't find couples having romantic dinners. What you will find are groups of happy and noisy people drinking beer and enjoying pizzas and nachos. Boston Pizza's Jasper Avenue location is one the busiest and one of my favorite. The interior is pretty and somewhat festive, the seating is ample and comfortable, and service quality is consistently great. What I love the most, and what makes me coming back is the food. Boston Pizza, surprise-surprise, makes amazing pizzas! Tuscan, Cajun Shrimp, Rustic Italian and Zorba, The Greek are my favorite. All pizzas have nice airy crust, are topped with the freshest ingredients, and are delivered to your table super hot. Paired with the bottle of Corona, they make me beam with happiness.
Boston Pizza may not be the most sophisticated restaurant, but it is the place where you let your hair done, relax, chat, and let great pizzas take you far-far away: ) -

This is another place where my friends and family love to get together and do lunch or dinner. My dad and brother really enjoy taking me out for lunch here, and a free lunch is good but it's better when I get to come to Boston Pizza. I've been a fan of theirs since I was a kid. Their menu has changed over the years and there have been some really great additions.
Now, if you are going out with a group of friends and want something to share then may I suggest the Three Cheese Toast, this is a great way to wet your appetite. If you don't want to share then you can order the single sized order for $4.15, but if you do want to share you can get the full order for $6.25. The Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta ($6.25) is one of my brother's favorite things to eat at Boston Pizza. He ends up eating most of it (men!). Another great item to munch on before the main even is the Boston's Pizza Bread ($5.75); I usually order starter when I know I'm not going to have pizza as the main dish. The Nachos ($10.45; this is good to have if you have a bigger group) and the Cactus Cut Potatoes ($7.95) are favorites among my circle of friends.
If you are not in a group but would like to order something to wet your appetite then I suggest the Caesar salad or if you like soup then go for the Baked French Onion soup ($5.95).
If you are going to order pizza then I suggest one of the classics; pepperoni and mushroom and Hawaiian have always been my favorite kinds of pizza. If you want something a little different try the Tropical Chicken or, if you are my dad and brother, the Boston Royal would be your choice. I actually really like the Boston Royal also, there's a good combination of toppings that I really enjoy.
Now, if you are not in a pizza mood that's fine, Boston Pizza has many other tasty things on their menu besides pizza. For sandwiches I suggest trying the Boston Brute ($9.95), which is packed with salami, pepperoni, smoked ham, mozzarella cheese, onions, and pizza sauce. This is a great sandwich and it happens to be one of my favorites and my brother loves it too. Actually I believe he recommended it to me. If you want pasta try the Chicken Parmesan for $13.95. This is a good dish, but to be honest it's not one of my favorites. There's nothing wrong with it by no means! I'm just saying when I come to Boston Pizza pasta is one of the last things I order just because I like so many of their other dishes above this one.
Now, by some miracle you can save room for dessert you need to try either the Chocolate Explosion ($6.75), the New York Cheesecake ($5.95) or the Apple Crisp ($5.95). If you are with friends and are full but are still able to pack some more into your stomach and want to order dessert I suggest trying one of these with a friend. They are all perfect for sharing.
The servers are really nice. A friend of mine recently had a birthday party at Boston Pizza and they did a great job managing on the people who were coming and going. They kept checking on us making sure we were going good for drinks and if we needed anything else.
