A small used bookshop on the city's east side with the kind of character lacking in the big chain bookstores taking over the market today. This little store opened up in 2007 and is a pleasure to peruse when you've got some time. The sections are clearly designated. There's quite a collection of fiction, mystery and romance novels. The owner tells me lots of people buy books here, read them and trade them in a few days later for new reads. Yet most of the books look well-preserved and are surprisingly dust-free for a used book store. I found a couple of old favourites I no longer have in my collection: The Joy Luck Club and Even Cowgirls Get the Blues, so I picked them up again. There was a small but excellent selection of New Age books but the religion section was sparse and dominated by books on Christianity.
