Book folks? I'm letting you in on the deal of the lifetime. For those of you who don't already know, there's a book store on the ground floor of the Reference Library. But it's not really a store, it's really just a room where books are neatly organized and.............A DOLLAR EACH.
"Shut your mouth!" I believe is what I said to the lovely woman behind the counter when I went to buy a copy of "The Road"....and I would have bought it but I went into my wallet and alas, no cash. And obviously they don't take anything but cash ("who doesn't have a dollar on them?" the woman was probably thinking...)
All of the books are in excellent shape and I assume the money all goes to the library so.....GO. But don't tell TOO many people about it, okay?Listed in: CHEAP Toronto, My FIVE Star Toronto, Book Nooks
