Lots of tellers, short lines, and knowledgable staff. This is a great main branch bank!
I've been here at all times of the day, but mostly around 3 pm, and there are always so many tellers that lines barely form.
Very nice. -

Banks are the enemy, why am I being nice to them.
Because they were nice to Megs, that's why.
Arrived at nooner to get a bank draft, line up was juicy but went quickly. Bank is nice, bright, very close to train station just off 7th avenue. Across from Shoppers Drug Mart.
Young fellow at the counter was nice, friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. He even offered me alternatives when I complained slightly about the 7.50$ draft charge. Meh. That was cool though, that he did that.
Overall, I was very pleased to gain faith once again in the teller man. We so seldomly use banks anymore with online services that it almost makes you miss it when you get that friendly "Hello!" "Welcome!" -

I really like the main branch downtown; I do all the banking for my mother at this branch, and am always recognised by the staff there plus they just all seem to be very fun.
I am not sure if it is a common thing, but whenever I am in line, one of the staffers will always come down the line, ask what it is you need then offer you a cookie. I am not sure if this only on specific days but in my mind I like to think it is because they are excited to see me and that I have come in to do banking. I am sure this is all in my head though
This bank is huge, I mean you could hold a dance or concert in here, and it has tall ceilings and tons of light, the line up seems to flow very fast and convenient since it is just off the terminal line.
So I wanted to put my 5 cents worth and give BMO a nod. BMO makes cents! -

Ahh, BMO makes my life so much easier. The downtown location is conveniently located across from the train station (which will open again soon!) and the tellers and service people are all incredibly nice. It is also open a little bit late and it is so easy to drop by and grab a little cash. You can also get most of your major banking services done here (and anyways, this BMO is HUGE), but I go to my main branch for a little fix up of the finances. Still, I've had nothing but good experiences with the central location.
