John is amazing!
I originally went to Bit by Bit because of the previous reviewer and I have to say everything Christopher said has been spot on!
John really does operate his business on integrity, superior service and real world pricing.
In June 2011 I had John do a service call to my residence to repair some software issues I had with my older pc. John is so proficient that within 30mins he had everything running smoothly once more.
This week my desktop crashed & died so I called John again. Within a few hours he was at my home to service my what I would call now a dinosaur pc. When the problem didn't resolve quickly, without hesitation John took it back to the shop to run some testing on it and within a day it was alive & saved from the recycle bin.
I really appreciate that John offers an honest service, does not give up and does not immediately try to up-sell one to a whole new system.

This is a real computer place that cares about its customers. John, the owner, does a lot of computer work for big companies in town, but he always finds the time to help the little guy out. If he quotes you a price for repairs, he sticks to it. That is so rare these days, I think the man deserves a medal for integrity.
One of his best traits is that he talks to you like a human. He's not one of those pimply-faced punks with a bad haircut at Best Buy who makes you feel like your wasting his time by asking questions about things you want to know more about.
