Review from Jim J.
Montréal, QC
Absolutely delicious. I'm new to the area and will DEFINITELY be back., I had the escargots as appetizer and the lamb for entrée...So good, you don't want it to end! I say it again... sooooo good!! Desserts are OMG level. The lady who served us there was so personable, so friendly and made excellent recommendations. The quality I had for the price was one of the best in Montreal...and I'm a frequent diner.
In terms of constructive criticism, the decor wasn't at par with the quality of the food, would have loved a more cozy atmosphere, although I went to Terrasse Justine, which is on Lajoie, not too far, and we sat inside, whereas it's more designed to eat outside (it was too cold for that!). -

Truly a find. This is a very small restaurant (seats maybe 25), hidden in the middle of and otherwise unremarkable block. The menu is generally French, with the kind of cosmopolitan influences one would expect in Montreal. The food is mostly locally sourced and seasonal. Whatever you do, do not skip dessert. Reservations are recommended as it is a well known secret amongst locals.
