I love how my Maid of Honor has already written a great review for this place =) (Go Ally!)

I had the best experience at this store and I ultimately bought my dress here. Kelsey was the girl who helped me and in the 3 times I've been in the store now, I've had nothing but good experiences with her. The first and second time she was super patient with me as I mauled over my dress. The second time in was the day I bought the dress and I think I stood in the dress for 10 minutes and then switched to my secind choice and back like 3 times. She discussed the pros and cons with me and tried to give me an idea of my dress in relation to my venues. When my dress came in, she was bubbly and made the experience awesome once again. I tried on my dress and she helped me accessorize and deciss hair options.

I would highly recommend this store if it is in your price range. ($4000+). They were helpful, honest and very accomodating. The best part, they let you take pictures of yourself in the dress, which was super helpful for me because I was indecisive and forgetful. Without the pictures, I would never keep it straight which store I tried which dress in.

I had a fabulous experience at Bisou!  Very friendly (not to mention, adorable) staff, and beautiful selection of quality gowns. The store is small but comfortable and welcoming. I would highly recommend this bridal boutique to everyone. The website states dresses start at $3000, but there are some good finds there, and I found a gorgeous lace dress under $2500!
I especially appreciated the honesty of the staff, and the 'no pressure' approach they take with their brides!  They are also very open in sharing all information about any particular gown that your are interested in. Other bridal stores I have been to have cut out tags, etc. in attempt to keep the designer and style of the dress secret, but Bisou was very upfront.
Pop in for a fun, fabulous experience!

Came here with my friend for wedding dress shopping (for her) and was impressed by the service and the selection.

The consultants here are friendly and honest, and their dresses are lovely.  A little more on the higher end of price (but nothing ridiculous) and they also have higher end designer names, but this being a smaller boutique I'm not surprised.  I agree with Luisa S. that the dress construction is in proportion to the prices.

What I also appreciated about this bridal boutique was that they were very open about the dress origins, and went out of their way to be helpful.  We encountered other businesses that were more secretive and wouldn't tell you anything about the dress unless you bought it.  I appreciate when businesses treat you like a person with feelings and not with suspicion that you're some kind of sneak.

It was a beautiful day. The sun was shinning brightly. Rays of light were shimmering off the cascading water of the Waterfall Building when I spotted Bisou gleaming out of the corner of my eye. Yards of silk, satin and chiffon curtained the window. Cream, off-white, mother of pearl... all the different possible variants of white were present. Given that one of my dear friends just got engaged, bridal shops have piqued my interest more and more as of late (much to the alarm of my boyfriend), so I wandered in... purely on behalf of my friend.

The styles available ranged from elegant to sexy to cutesy to princess. While prices were on the higher end of the scale, the cost befits the well-crafted products. Other than wedding gowns, other apparel is on-hand to outfit the entire bridal party.

Beautiful smaller boutique. More higher end dresses - raw silks, french lace, etc. Prices generally are from $1500-$8000...but a few Wtoo from Watters dresses from $900-1500. I found a gorgeous raw silk Barbara Allin gown but sadly, it was out of my budget at almost $3000.
Service is great - they really are helpful and not pushy - don't make you feel annoying for asking questions or wanting to try it on AGAIN. They allow photographs too which is rare nowadays and very helpful when you are trying on tons of dresses in one day (really hard to compare between stores with no photos). They offer good suggestions of accessories and are good at matching dresses with veils/hair pieces. They don't get offended at ALL when you tell them a dress isn't for you.

Only downfall is not too much selection but that is also part of the charm!

I had a wonderful experience buying my dress at Bisou. The consultants, in particular Elise, went out of their way to make sure I was 100% happy with my dress. I never felt pressured or rushed. My dress was made by a local designer, the Lillen Collection, so it arrived in a reasonable amount of time (3 months). They also made it custom fit, so near the end the designer came in to check the fit and made slight alterations to get it just perfect. I didn't pay any more than I would have paid at the other major bridal shops in the city, but I got a top quality dress and very attentive friendly service. I would definitely recommend going with Bisou. I don't think you will be disappointed.
My favourites are the Lillen Collection dresses designed in Vancouver and made from Dupione silk. Amazing!
A side note:  you can take pictures of the dress on you, the dresses, or whatever you want. In fact, the first time I went, I didn't have a camera, so the consultant took a picture and sent it to my email. You don't have to take your shoes off either.
    Happy Dress Shopping!

Lovely couture collection, attentive service. This is a great small boutique to come for a really chic, unusual gown.
