Review from Ellen L.
I really enjoyed coming to this studio when I practised. There are 2 rooms, both long and narrow, with the mirror running along the long side. No matter where you stand, you can always see yourself really clearly. One room is carpeted, and the other is flooring (omg, no more funky feet smell!). I always called ahead of times to make sure that I practised in the floored room. This room also faces the street, so you get some natural lighting as well.
The changing area is kinda cramped, in fact it's tiny! But there are lots of cubbies outside of the changing room to store your things. There are 4 showers, which is plenty enough. There is free reserved parking in the lot behind the building - nice!
In the handful of times I came here, I've always enjoyed my experience. The most memorable teacher was Pamela. She corrected postures and the workout was just perfect - not too slow or too intense. One thing though, I don't ever recall being greeted by the receptionist. Kind of rude, in my opinion. Shrug. -

this place is ok.. i only come here because it's on my way home from work and it's one of the cheaper bikram locations. I usually take Jo or Pamela's class. Jo picks on you but funny and very nice, and Pamela talks a lot (makes the class run late sometimes by 5-10 min).
Sometimes the smaller room smells like dirty stinky feet, makes me want to GAG, I guess it's due to the carpet in there (ever heard of febreze?). The larger room doesn't smell because of the hardwood flooring. I usually don't like to shower in public places, so I've never showered here. But it looks clean and I think they provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Free parking here is limited, they only have about 20 spots in the parkade reserved for the studio, so if it's full you're SOL and pay about $4.00, but that doesn't happen very often. -

Small change rooms.....and too many people in the class. Went on a Sunday @ 1130am...but otherwise nice decor, clean and friendly! :-)
