Delivery time Ditto! Promised as delivered, very good. 2 Thumbs up!
Wings: were average. I get it. Pizza is your thing.
Pizza: I think was decent. The toppings were good, bit sparse, but the flavour was there. The crust could have a bit more definition. It either needed to be cooked a bit longer so there was some crunch or texture to it. I prefer less doughy.
I wonder if they have a whole wheat option? And if they could do pizza, Napoletana style.
There are so many pizza joints in this part of town and Steveston Pizza tops the list with their certain flare and flavours, but even they can be toppled!
Big Bite Pizzeria is more run of the mill standard fare, but I think they want to stretch out and show that they can do more! I'm hoping and keeping an eye out for the next time I'm in town to grab a slice.
These days, it more about the simple ingredients and the natural flavours with a good sauce and excellent puffy crust that isn't thick or doughy. So the ovens gotta be hot!
I think they can do it. They've got the right attitude and the perfect location to transform take-out and delivery pizza to another level of perfection!
It's just that so is everyone else!
