Business brings me to the hammer every couple of weeks. I'm not the biggest fan of the city but i always make it a point to visit Big B Comics. The selection is small but it has what I need: Scalped, Preacher and The Walking Dead. The prices are comparable to any other comic outfit but I appreciate the friendly and unpretentious staff.
Thanks for making my trips to Hamilton Mountain tolerable.

We are a full line comic store, stocking comics and graphic novels of all genres, from dozens of different publishers, and for all age groups. You will not find a better selection of graphic novels in Ontario.
We are also a full line back issue comic book store, with a current inventory of 100,000+ comics from all eras. You can find everything from investment grade golden and silver age to back issues of titles from 6 months past.
We have a large section dedicated to comics for kids and we work with educators and librarians to fill their collections with books kids will check out again and again.
We also stock hundreds of different action figures, dolls, and toys for kids and adult collectors alike.
History
Established in 1996
Big B Comics was awarded the Joe Shuster Award in 2008 for best Canadian Comic Book Store. This is a special honour that is awarded only once to any given store and we were very grateful to be named as the 3rd ever winner of the award, and first in Ontario.
We are also the winner of the Hamilton Spectator Reader's Choice award for Best Comic Book Store in every year that the category has existed.
